Setback for Iranian President

Via MEMRI:

Initial elections results in Iran are considered a setback for Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. Iranian voters have opted for less radical personalities. Iranian analyst Ayatollah Shams al-Wa’idhim told Al-Sharq Al-Awsat, that there is considerable criticism among many social groups in Iran about the policies of Ahmadinejad.

You never know how many people “many groups” could be, but the fact that people in Iran are not loving everything Ahmadinejad does, is a good thing.

The Iranians are trying thier damndest to hold on to Basra and S. Iraq by way of thier proxy, JAM. I, along with the rest of my Company, have been told to engage JAM at EVERY oppurtunity. It does not matter wat the pig Sadr says, we are hunting him and his boys, hoping they come out to fight. They are the biggest threat to a stable Iraq. There are small towns along the border that serve as warehouses, safehouses for weapons and Iranian trained fighters. We cross the border alot, sometimes we just chopper in and lite 'em up. THEY DESERVE IT. Until we do away with Sadr and the Iranians, Iraq will be unstable.
