'Two spheres locked in perpetual combat' – House of Islam vs. House of War

A very interesting article from WND.

There are Divisions of the world in Islam. There’s dar al-Islam (“House of Islam,” where Islamic law predominates), and dar al-harb (“House of War,” the rest of the world). This leaves no doubt as to why most of the world’s modern conflicts are connected to Islam – and calls into question why Western elites refuse to acknowledge Islam’s violent nature.

The mistake Westerners make when they think about Islam is that they impose their own views of religion onto something decidedly outside Western tradition. Because violence done in the name of God is “extreme” from a Western/Christian point of view, they imagine that it must be so from an Islamic one. But unlike Christianity, which recognizes a separate sphere for secular politics (“Render unto Caesar what is Caesar’s and unto God what is God’s”), Islam has never distinguished between faith and power. While Christianity is doctrinally concerned primarily with the salvation of souls, Islam seeks to remake the world in its image. According to orthodox Islam, Sharia law – the codified commandments of the Quran and precedents of the Prophet Muhammad – is the only legitimate basis of government. Islam is in fact an expansionary social and political system more akin to National Socialism and Communism than any “religion” familiar to Westerners. Islamic politics is inevitably an all-or-nothing affair in which the stakes are salvation or damnation and the aim is to not to beat one’s opponent at the polls but to destroy him – literally as well as politically.

My message is still the same. This is not a “war on terror”. This is a war on Islamofascism. We are not fighting terrorists. Terrorism is just a result of the Idealogy of the enemy in which we are facing. We are fighting this ideology at home and abroad. CAIR, the ACLU, and the far Leftists who don’t even believe that terrorism exists, are our enemy at home. This battle is being fought on many fronts in America and over seas. Sadly, people believe that America is at fault. Sadly, people believe that if we appease Islamic theology and Wahhabism, that they will stop hating us. They believe if only we would reach out and help them, they would suddenly become our friends.

Let me ask you, friends, have we lost our will to fight? Have we allowed the media and the enemy within to destroy our will to realize what’s really going on in the world today? Do we really think it’s just a few hundred or so “extremists” who pollute the great religion of Islam? After seeing hundreds of thousands of people protesting and burning American flags and embassies all across the world? Dozens of countries who are fighting a “resistance” which ALL HAPPEN TO BE MUSLIM? Is it really just “those who pollute the Religion of peace”, as our President so midly puts it? Pacifism has polluted the minds of the leaders of the western world.
Look deeper, do more homework, I can only post so much on this blog before you have to start doing your own research. For those who doubt me especially, check my blogroll, check my archives, check Wikipedia, check Google, check whatever you want to check……just research Islamic theology and you will see..

    An important question, the answer for which may determine whether we survive this war with the Islamo fascists, is: How do we convince the masses that said fascists are indeed intent on killing or dominating all of us “non-believers”. How do we educate those nice, well meaning, but woefully uninformed (ignorant) typical Americans (for a start), whose default response to all geopolitical and social issues is:

    (i) first to impute everyone (other than conservatives, republicans, those with religous faith, and Israelis of course) with the same feelings of western reasonableness and good intention they themselves possess;

    (ii) to listen to and accept as truth all pronouncements of the main stream media and fail to also listen to alternative news sources (e.g. radio talk shows, bloggers and Fox News) ; and

    (iii) to live in denial that there could exist any group of people whose primary reason for existence is to kill or subjugate us.

    For those reasons those same well intentioned ignorant westerners generally support politicians who profess every good intention toward others (again, other than conservatives, republicans, those with religous faith, and Israelis) but who don’t consider that the large majority of such politicians (most of which are liberals and lefties) do not care that their programs do not work, who are not sincere, and whose real agenda is the acquisition and maintenance of personal and party political power, without regard to the best interest of the country.

    Our only chance is to break the false prism through which these Americans view all such critical issues, so that a majority can prevail upon our government to take the actions needed to fight and win against the greatest menace the world has ever encountered.

    The answer must be to persuade and encourage our like-minded brothers and sisters to voice their support for those politics and to continually strive to expand their audiences. The fight will take several generations if we can survive that long.
