They cut Phoenix's homeland security funding by 60%? Is this country being led by a group of complete idiots, or what? I am from Phoenix, and let me say this: there is nothing stopping someone determined to get across that border, or any way to censor what they bring across. End of story. Add to this the fact that Arizona has the nuclear power plant - nuclear!!! - that feeds the entire Southwest United States with energy. How could any sane, intelligent person decide that this was a good place to remove funding. It seems like the government is continuously making the wrong decisions on topics that the majority of Americans would think to be completely obvious choices!
