Wow! Excellent review, sista! I agree this was President Bush's BEST SOTU yet. He was compassionate, and so inspiring! I love it when Bush's opponents underestimate him, and he knocks one out of the park. The dems lack of acknowledgment of his obvioius ability to deliver a powerful speech only shows their lack of moral integrity. I couldn't help but compare this speech to the one given just 2 days ago by the newly announced candidate for the democratic nomination for president - Hillary Rodham Clinton on her web site. (What was she thinking, trying to upstage him???) Bush's performance tonite made hers look cold, stiff, uninformed, dull and without passion, motivation, and inspired NO one. I know that was not the purpose of her speech, but she spoke for half an hour, and found nothing to be passionate about? Mrs. Clinton has a long way to go to even begin to fill the shoes of someone as great as President Bush. The most startling contrast between them, is that we know President Bush is a man of his word, with the highest integrity and character. We know Hillary is not, and it shows. President Bush always shows grace and humility, what class noting the historical significance of the moment, recognizing the first woman speaker of the House. I'm so proud of him, I'm so proud to be an American!
