TweetI’ve been meaning to do this for a while, and since a lot of you have asked, here it is:
So, we’ve probably all heard of “Social bookmarking“, but do readers of conservative politics understand this stuff?…
You may be wondering what some of the buttons on the top bar are for, so let me get you up to speed on all of them.
The Green button on the top right is our Technorati button. Technorati is a blog search engine site that keeps track of millions of blogs around the web, and it’s an excellent tool to use when navigating the blogosphere. It’s also a great idea to “favorite” all of your blogs in Technorati, because it keeps track of all your favorite blogs and puts them all in one place for easy viewing. Use this button above to add InfidelsAreCool to your favorites.
Just to the left of the Technorati button is the Delicious button. If you use Delicious, you’ll know that this website has revolutionized social bookmarking in so many ways. So, what is Delicious? It’s an excellent website to keep track of all your favorite websites/posts/Top 10 lists, etc… around the web, and you can tag or organize your favorites. You can access them wherever you are no matter what computer you are on. You can add a certain post you may like, or any other particular post to your Del.icio.us favorites.
RSS – “Really Simple Syndication”
The name speaks for itself. RSS is a great way for the information to come to you. Streamlining information that is best suited for your eyes, is the easiest way to gather information faster and more timely. RSS readers provide the information in a clean, straightforward way, that is easy to read. You can add multiple RSS subscriptions to your RSS reader. I prefer Google Reader, but there are many more, just do a Google search for “best RSS readers“. Although mine’s constantly changing here’s what it currently looks like:

If you don’t want to deal with any of this complicated stuff you can also just simply subscribe by email to our daily posts here at IAC. Look for this box right next to the RSS link.

Type your email and in hit the button for easy email to your inbox.
Hope this answers some of your guys’ questions…
Now go and favorite this website! You know you’re itching to get that Google reader going!
