Free speech? not so much: Peaceful Anti-Islam protest shut down in Brussels

Do you like this story?

brussels-protest-islamisation-europe.jpgWhile Islamist are allowed to hold hateful, murderous, despicable signs of beheading and insult every western value while marching in the streets for Islamisation of Europe and the destruction of the West, here you have officials shutting down peaceful people protesting against the Islamisation of Europe.

Free speech doesn’t exactly go both ways in Europe.

This says a whole lot about what is happening in Europe. You can’t say anything bad about Islam. Free speech only applies to Islamists, apparently.

Common… that's just xenophobia…obviously they are against arabs.

I'm atheist and I think arabs are way behind in wemens rights. but if you segragate them nothing is going to change

    • Kal_El

They segregate themselves, no one forces them to move into the same
neighborhood in ANY country. They choose not to integrate. How is protesting
that anti-Arab? Have you ever lived here in the Arab world?

      • Harleken

well if you don't like etnic congregation , I think you are ready to hate everybody.

    • Tonto

Dude, are you telling me that I don't have the right to despise anybody I want to? Are you abrogating my God-given right to hate? Are you telling me that even though I absolutely loathe people of a certain category I have no right to do so or to say so? I demand to hate anybody I want and to tell them so. I also have the right to refuse to associate with whomsoever I refuse to associate with….for whatever the reason I CHOOSE. You can take PC and shove it. I'm sick of that BS and think it is the greatest of all disservices to the world. Say what you mean and mean what you say…and never let anything but fear and common sense hold you back! Words to live by.

      • Harleken

If you are really asking , the answear is, I'm not.
and if you go by fear I doubt you have common sense,
You could have being a very good citizen in in the nazzi germany.

        • SirWilhelm

What we fear is not Arabs, but Islam, and Islam is comparable to the Nazi party.
Many Muslims deny the Holocaust, not because they really believe it didn't happpen, but because they don't want to admit they applaud the killing of 6 million Jews, their most hated enemy. Have you ever seen video of Muslim troops marching? They goose-step and give “sieg hiel” salutes, just like the German troops did under the Nazis.

You say you're an atheist, I'm very familiar with atheism, so I believe I know how you feel about religion, but Islam is not a true religion. It is a political organization designed to aquire power over any that oppose it. Terrorism is it's primary tool. It disguises itself as a religion to legitmatize itself. In this incident in Brussels, it demonstrates the power it has gained even over the secular powers there. Power is it's true goal.

Actually, what you think means nothing…..or only maybe, to you. What I am saying is that no one can say to another that they do not have the right to an opinion or to express it any way they want to. Everybody has opinions and preferences and the right to practice them as far as their own strength will allow them to. That was given to them by God Himself when they were born.

Harleken, people of your mindset are the truly worrying ones; the ones who cause Muslims to rub their hands with glee as they hear your touchy-feelie, tutti-fruity, marshmallow, soft-centred, vacuous, holier-than-thou, meaningless, dangerous balderdash spouted in the spirit of what you regard as understanding and reasonableness. The people mentioned in this article are NOT anti-Arab. Unlike you, they daily see the creeping menace of Islam and its corrosion of what Europeans have fought and died for. They have the vision to extrapolate and are not so foolish as to ignore the portents. They care about the society in which their grandchildren will be raised, for they want them to grow up to be free. If they wished their descendants to live under the mantle of Islam they would emigrate to an Islamic rat hole or even convert to that vile belief, but they know better and have been sufficiently educated to distinguish between submission and freedom. The encroachment of Islam throughout Europe revolts them more than the return of the Black Death, for the great plague carried off its victims swiftly, while Islam enslaves and denies and suffocates and reduces people to unthinking automatons.

Please, Harleken, think before you write such bilge.

Worst of all, your idiotic message has given my friends Sir Wilhelm and Storm Rider ammunition to fire at me, given that you claim to be an atheist. They will not give me a moment's rest.

      • Harleken

“they daily see the creeping menace of Islam and its corrosion of what Europeans have fought and died for” is that the best argument you can present?
reread your history books. europeans have dominated most of the world through war. they didn't fight for freedom ,the fough to slave other countries. the Roman, UK, germany, russia, Spain, france, portugal, and I can go on and on. and now many of them are in Irak and Aganistan lo slave the people y steal their natuarl resouses.

Dont get me wrong I don't hold it against european society, I know they too are slaves of the same system they defend.

“They see daily the creeping menace of Islam and its corrosion of what people fought and died for “is the best argument you can present???
Seems to be a very sound argument to me.
The question is what's your argument?you don't seem to have one!
Nobody here is anti arab per se ;just against evil barbaric morons ,fueled by the egregious violent dogma driven death cult that is called Islam.
And what's all this nonsense about exploitation of the natural resources of the benighted countries you mention?
We westerners pay for them(so they can build mosques and spend their working time bumping their heads on the floor and sticking their arse in the air)
Call yourself an Atheist?I feel almost ashamed to have som
          ething in common with you.
We atheists like to believe that our reasoning is unsullied by dogma;yours clearly isn't.
The one thing that's irritating about Europe is that our concept of “freedom” has been abrogated by spineless liberal politicians who contiue to be wedded to the
patently failed doctrine of cultural equivalence.
They can't get it through their thick skulls that Islam equals failure ;and should be marginalised as a cultural threat.
          Now let's hear your reply!

        • Beejj

What point are you trying to make?
