 I came across this email circulating around and figured I’d share it.  not sure where it came from.

Last month I attended my annual training session that’s required for maintaining my state prison security clearance. During the training session there was a presentation by three speakers representing the Roman Catholic, Protestant and Muslim faiths, who explained each of their beliefs.

I was particularly interested in what the Islamic Imam had to say. The Imam gave a great presentation of the basics of Islam, complete with a video. After the presentations, time was provided for questions and answers.

When it was my turn, I directed my question to the Imam and asked:

‘Please, correct me if I’m wrong, but I understand that most Imams and clerics of Islam have declared a holy jihad [Holy war] against the infidels of the world and, that by killing an infidel, (which is a command to all Muslims) they are assured of a place in heaven. If that’s the case, can you give me the definition of an infidel?’

There was no disagreement with my statements and, without hesitation, he replied, ‘Non-believers!’

I responded, ‘So, let me make sure I have this straight. All followers of Allah have been commanded to kill everyone who is not of your faith so they can have a place in heaven. Is that correct?’

The expression on his face changed from one of authority and command to that of ‘a little boy who had just been caught with his hand in the cookie jar.’

He sheepishly replied, ‘Yes.’

I then stated, ‘Well sir, I have a real problem trying to imagine Pope Benedict commanding all Catholics to kill those of your faith or Dr. Charles Stanley ordering all Protestants to do the same in order to guarantee them a place in heaven!’

The Imam was speechless!

I continued, ‘I also have problem with being your ‘friend’ when you and your brother clerics are telling your followers to kill me! Let me ask you a question. Would you rather have your Allah, who tells you to kill me in order for you to go to heaven, or my Jesus who tells me to love you because I am going to heaven and He wants you to be there with me?’

You could have heard a pin drop as the Imam hung his head in shame.

Needless to say, the organizers and/or promoters of the ‘Diversification’ training seminar were not happy with Rick’s way of dealing with the Islamic Imam and exposing the truth about the Muslims’ beliefs.

Convert or die: It’s the Islamic way

A FANATICAL Pakistani cleric told The Sun yesterday of his chilling dream to turn the world Muslim – by force if necessary.

Qari Hifzur Rehamn, 60, spoke openly of imposing Islamic law’s stoning and beheading on Britain – as Pakistan was rocked by unrest over the assassination of Benazir Bhutto.

He warned: “We want Islamic law for all Pakistan and then the world.”

“We would like to do this by preaching. But if not then we would use force.”

Rehamn, 60, spoke in the Pakistani town of Kahuta as the call to prayer echoed over the dusty streets.

He is Imam of the town’s fundamentalist religious school or madrassa, where classes for kids as young as nine include Jihad or Holy War and barbaric punishments.

His teachings are frightening enough. But his mosque lies in the shadow of the secret bunker where Pakistan produces nuclear weapons.

And when asked if it would be right to nuke British infidels, he laughed and answered: “Probably.”

So they want “peace” and call on Israel to”resolve issues obstructing peace” while rockets are still falling on Israel. They do nothing to stop the Hamas terrorists nor give any concession to Israel constantly defending themselves from Hamas attacks.

They also say they will not budge on Jerusalem being the “capital of the Palestinian state”

Heh…good luck with that.

So much for “negotiation” when “negotiation” means “taking Israel…. one step at a time.”

Speaking to a crowd of Fatah-loyalists assembled in Ramallah to celebrate the movement’s 43rd anniversary, the president called for ”a new page, writing in its lines a credible agreement based on partnership, on life, on our homeland and our struggle to liberate it.”

Abbas also said the Palestinian Authority would not cede a single inch of ground in negotiations with Israel over the future sovereignty of Jerusalem.

Abbas vowed he would bring any eventual agreement with Israel to a public referendum so that the Palestinian people would be given the chance to decide the course of their national future.

“This is not the time for empty slogans,” said Abbas, “it is time to resolve the core issues based on the view of the international community, time to find a solution for Jerusalem, the settlements, the borders and the Palestinian refugees.”

Eat it, Murtha

The alleged ringleader of US troops who killed 24 unarmed Iraqi civilians in 2005 in Haditha will not face murder charges, a US Marines spokesman said.

Sgt Frank Wuterich, 27, will stand trial for voluntary manslaughter, aggravated assault, dereliction of duty and other charges, officials said.

The decision was made by Lt Gen Samuel Helland, who is overseeing the case.

Sgt Wuterich is the last of four marines to have the murder charge against him dropped.

Another marine, 1st Lt Andrew Grayson, was ordered to face court-martial for making false official statements and other charges.

If you didn’t know, Murtha has refused to apologize about his comments calling U.S. soldiers “cold blooded killers” and is holding out hope that these marines will be convicted of murder.

“there was no firefight, there was no IED (improvised explosive device) that killed these innocent people. Our troops overreacted because of the pressure on them, and they killed innocent civilians in cold blood.”

MILITARY commanders need an extra 3,000 troops in Afghanistan to contain the Taliban, according to senior defence sources. They have also called for more talks with leaders in northern Helmand province in an attempt to separate them from the Taliban.

The calls came as Afghan officials claimed that an adviser to the United Nations and a European Union official expelled last week had $150,000 (£75,000) with them. According to Kabul, the men were trying to buy off a local Taliban leader in Musa Qala.

[…]The commanders say they have no problem taking ground from the Taliban but do not have enough men to hold it.

A lot of you know and have heard my good friend, Jeff, from MosqueWatch comment over here. I have linked to him quite a bit over the last year, cause of his awesome anti-jihad videos and it has been great creating this new friendship. We have recently been going back and forth showing off our new infidel babies to the world that are born into the family.

Jeff, as you probably aren’t aware, had his community destroyed in Mississippi by hurricane Katrina. I can’t imagine how difficult life must have been for him and his family trying to deal with that horrific situation.

Jeff sent over a nice note this morning, he appeared on the Jackie Mason radio show this week talking about his life and what it means to be an American. I just want to share with you the video/audio that he sent me. If you haven’t already, make sure to put Mosquewatch on your favorites, as it is one of mine.

Liberals are deathly scared of a conservative voice in the MSM…

Not sure if you have heard, but conservative writer and editor of the Weekly Standard, Bill Kristol, is joining the NY Times weekly column.

Of course, the libs have lost it. From canceling subscriptions to organized boycotts, to claims that the Times has been hijacked by neo-cons, the fascist libs just love “free speech”, don’t they? Why are they so afraid of opposing viewpoints? A great example of this facsist mindest is their deep hatred for the ONE cable news network that doesn’t regurgitate leftist ideals: Foxnews.

Their monopoly of Lib writers at the Times has give a real advantage to the opinion that goes out to the largest subscribed newspaper in the country, and the fact that ONE conservative writer gets ONE column a week (not every day) just shows how fascist liberalism really is. ANY opposing viewpoints are demonized as “extreme” or “radical” and thus not allowed in the arena. The left has despicably gone so far away from old school liberalism which used to have some meaning of American values, tradition and identity. It has now become a cesspool of socialist, radical, leftist, marxist, lenninist, globalist ideology that wreaks havoc on our schools, newspapers, universities and mainstream media.

The New York Times’ hiring of Weekly Standard editor Bill Kristol to write for its op-ed page caused a frenzy in the liberal blogosphere Friday night, with threats of canceling subscriptions and claims that the Gray Lady had been hijacked by neo-cons

But Times editorial page editor Andy Rosenthal sees things differently.

Rosenthal told Politico shortly after the official announcement Saturday that he fails to understand “this weird fear of opposing views.”

“The idea that The New York Times is giving voice to a guy who is a serious, respected conservative intellectual — and somehow that’s a bad thing,” Rosenthal added. “How intolerant is that?”

Kristol, whose strident support of President Bush and the war in Iraq remains a source of consternation among liberals, took pride in the reaction on the Huffington Post, where the news first broke.

“I was flattered watching blogosphere heads explode,” Kristol told Politico. “It was kind of amusing.”

Sista Toldjah: “Gosh, he’s just now figuring out the left’s touting the virtue of their “tolerance” is all a big farce?”

Ed Morissey also weighs in:

Oh, my stars and garters! The Times will have two conservative columnists — or in terms of quantity, one and a half! How can the Left hope to compete — with Maureen Dowd, Paul Krugman, Bob Herbert, Frank Rich, and Nicholas Kristof?

I have to admit that I find the controversy refreshing. It’s good to see the progressives admit that a half of Bill Kristol outweighs the five liberal commentators at the Gray Lady. It also shows, as Rosenthal notes, the rhetorical intolerance that many progressives display on a fairly regular basis. When they cancel subscriptions to the one national newspaper most amenable to their politics simply because it allows one competing opinion to appear, that says something about their insecurity.

Bout time.  Sarkozy staying strong.

France will have no more contact with Syria until Damascus shows its willingness to let Lebanon end its current political deadlock and elect a new president, President Nicolas Sarkozy said on Sunday. France “will have no more contact with Syria … until we have proof of Syrian willingness to let Lebanon appoint a president by consensus,” Sarkozy told journalists following talks in Cairo with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak.

France “wants a president for Lebanon,” Sarkozy said, according to AFP.
