Rush Limbaugh endorsing Fred Thompson?

Not quite, but it sure sounds like it in this video

I think the country would be behind him more if his his campaign wasn’t such a disaster. He says all the right things, his policies are right inline with mainstream conservatism, yet he seems so unprepared when it comes to displaying the passion and clarity when he goes public. He always seems like an unprepared old grandpa who has a tough time gathering his thoughts which translates to a bad reception among voters who are dying to hear the same passion and forethought that comes with his on-paper policies.

I have gone away from Fred a bit for this sole reason. Although I would be totally behind Fred if he would display more leadership qualities like the ones his policies suggest. On paper it looks great, but if you can’t translate that to the public forum, you’re sure out of luck. Fred should fire his campaign manager and get someone else in there that can properly prepare him for the public arena.

This video is a good one nonetheless. Rush Limbaugh endorsing Fred? Can it be?

Fred was my preference long before his official announcement. Being from the south, I’m accustomed to his style, as that is a very common style of southerners. I think Fred would be the most sensible of the lot.
