More moral equivalency from CNN's Amanpour

I’m watching Christian Amanpour CNN special outlining the Christian fundamentalist “threat” to America.

I just get sick to my stomach watching this. She has gone through a full hour of outlining how the “fundamental Christian Right” is the number one threat to America. Ummm, hello? Islam?

She spends an ENTIRE segment on the few abortion clinic murders making it seem like it’s this huge problem that we must deal with. She makes the “Christian right” look like some extreme movement that is just out of line and very typical of the biased CNN reporter.

She also interviews Jimmy Carter and lauds the fact that he’s a “moderate” Baptist but doesn’t mention the fact that he’s anti-Israel and legitimizes Islamic terrorism.

I also can’t help but notice the ridiculous “doom and gloom” music throughout the show sending another underlining message that America must be in trouble if Judeo-christian values rule America.

She calls Christians leaders who want to turn over Roe v Wade “Scare Mongers” trying to shove “Christianity down the mainstreams throat”.

The true moral equivalence of “God’s warriors” is so distorted, any person who doesn’t follow religion or politics is sure to believe the lies and distorted biased nature of this show. She once again, fails to acknowledge the true threats of Islam the entire world faces.

She still honestly believes that Christianity is just as dangerous as Islam. Give me a fricken break…

The nerve of this woman just drives me insane.

sorry for the emotional rant in this post. I just watched it and it infuriated me and I figured ya’ll should know.

    She is out of her mind. Liberalism is her religion, and Christianity is anathema to liberalism, so Christianity must be attacked in their warped minds. In their religion of liberalism, Islam is no threat to them, so they have no need to attack it. Thus their minds will be clouded, and blind to the danger of Islamic fascism until it kills them. Unfortunately, that blind perspective will get all of us killed, if the MSM and liberal democrats succeed.

    The so-called Christian Right are simply those American citizens who still adhere to Judeo-Christian Values; those same values of our Founding Fathers. The real question is wheter the Christian Left and others on the left still adhere to the Judeo-Christian Values of our founders.

    Remember that she is married to Jamie Rubin who was spokesman for Madeleine Albright’s State Department. There’s little doubt that if Hillary is elected, Rubin will have an important foreign policy job.

    This is CRAZY! The people that would kill to fight abortion are a bigger threat to our country then those that don’t believe in our right to even exist? What a waste of time.

    I remember all too well about “Mrs. Jamie Rubin’s” nightly tirades against the Serbs in the year of 1999. It gave us the NATO bombing of the Serbians, armed intervention against a government that had not lifted a finger or issued any threat against the USA.

    Had Bill Clinton been removed from office earlier (only four more votes in the Senate were needed), this war would probably not have happened. Bill needed something to change the nightly news stories from his near-removal from office, and to (figuratively) zip his fly. So off we go, bombing on behalf of jihadis and CNN.

    A pity we can’t impeach this idiot. All we can do is change the channel every time we see her ugly face.

    All the libs love to bash Bush, but it’s all too convenient to forget about the do-nothing, you-can-attack-the -US-all-you-want, disaster that was the Clinton administration.

    Clinton gained so much love from the libs how?

    by letting Osama go when Sudan offered him on a platter. He refused to do nothing when the Cole was attacked. Clinton could very well be held responsible for 9-11 for not cutting off the head of the snake when he had a chance.

    I will play devil’s advocate here. Amanpour is Iranian, born to a muslim. Every muslim will tell you all kids born to a muslim are muslim, no choice. She is simply spewing taqqiya, and being a good muslim. I need to win the lottery, so I can afford the lawyer fees for when I start getting sued by terrorists for exposing them :)
