That was a bad excuse I think. What I think of those who abuse these younsters is that they are fond of kids and that is a very big sign of what is standing for a pedophile. An adault man whould not not being interested in a child and that is what those young girls are, no matter what the body is saying, there mental is still a childs and there bodies are not ready to given birth of other children, sisnce they are children themselfs. Pedophiles are abusing children and I can asure U that no child want to be abused by an old man. I talk of this because I was abused when I was 9 years old by my own pedophile parent. I hate these crimes and will never forget what I felt being assaulted and know that it is the same for ever child, whatever U think.

We aren't living in the stone age, but guess what, we also aren't living in the 7th century. Judging people of that era by our own modern standards is preposterous. BTW, until VERY recently, and I do mean until the late 20th century, in countries like India it was completely normal to marry children when they were still young children. Even if the boy was older it did NOT mean he go to sleep with her while she was still a child. It was more like an engagement. The Virgin Mary was probably only about 13 or 14 when she married Joseph, who according to Christian tradition was MUCH older. I know Protestant Christians believe Joseph left her alone until after she gave birth to Jesus, and Catholics assume he never touched her at all, but apparently GOD had no problem impregnating a 13 year old. Does that make God a pedophile? Besides, why would we give St. Joseph the benefit of the doubt but not Mohammad?

You should also realize that the phenomenon of girls reaching puberty at 8 is VERY recent indeed. In fact, it has many doctors around the world alarmed, because nobody really knows why. Almost certainly, pollutants in our food are a factor. In the past, puberty came much, much later. OTOH, the entire lifespan was shorter.

Oomegoolies, we are not living in the stone age. Any prick who marrys a young girl is a paedophile. Girls can reach puberty at 7-8 does that mean a 7 year old gets buggered by some old man. Because PISS BE UPON HIM mohaMUD did it, does not make it right to day!!!

Actually, the chief engineer who helped design the Towers has stated that the way they were designed made it inevitable that they would fall. He stated he feels great guilt about this fact, even though he couldn't possibly have anticipated that airplanes would have been flown into them. He also states he was pressured to build them in a manner that would be cheaper, and faster.

to be fair, we do hold ourselves to higher standards, and rightly so. People who lived their whole life under a dictatorship aren't like Americans, who have had every advantage in life by comparison. Although I think more of the blame for something like Abu Ghraid should have gone to the higher ups in charge.

it used to be the norm to marry a woman by the time she went through puberty. This was no less true in Europe than anyplace else. Wasn't Juliet 13? When a girl was married prior to puberty, it was understood that there would not be sex with her until she was old enough.
