I too choose Gun Owner. Let that pansy ass "what?" be a victim. War Vets are the people I prefer to be armed, as they are usually a better shot than the typical thug who would shoot up a college campus.

    what?

By that logic, why not just scrap the whole nation since the founding documents are "completely out of date"?

As a "war vet" the only thing ticking in me are my joints. I have weapons and will get my HCP (handgun carry permit) when I have time this summer - only because (thanks Robert B.) "it's too hard to carry a cop".

Seriously, they can't be everywhere their is a violent crime at the time it is happening.

Victim or gun owner - you decide for yourself.

    I have.

You guys are psychotic. The 2nd Amendment is completely out of date. And regarding the cartoon, "War Vets", some of whom are racist redneck traumatized time-bombs (and some are not) are the last people who should be "approved to pack heat".

Why not just carry a rifle? It is not easily concealed, thus no need for the CWP :P
  • Robert B.
Tonto, yes. Definitely. The CWP protects you from a real hassle with the law. If you are caught packing heat, you may lose your right to OWN a gun (felony). Be safe. Protect yourself from criminals by carrying. but protect your right to carry by complying with the law.

That said, I must add that I carry a handgun most times, because it is too hard to carry a cop.

Any war vet that shows up on campus unarmed is dealing better with PTSD than I did.....laws or no laws. I still go armed in some places, with only the 2nd ammendment to protect me from the cops. Maybe it would be better to get a CWP....eh?
