Any war vet that shows up on campus unarmed is dealing better with PTSD than I did…..laws or no laws. I still go armed in some places, with only the 2nd ammendment to protect me from the cops. Maybe it would be better to get a CWP….eh?

Tonto, yes. Definitely. The CWP protects you from a real hassle with the law. If you are caught packing heat, you may lose your right to OWN a gun (felony). Be safe. Protect yourself from criminals by carrying. but protect your right to carry by complying with the law.
That said, I must add that I carry a handgun most times, because it is too hard to carry a cop.

As a “war vet” the only thing ticking in me are my joints. I have weapons and will get my HCP (handgun carry permit) when I have time this summer – only because (thanks Robert B.) “it’s too hard to carry a cop”.
Seriously, they can’t be everywhere their is a violent crime at the time it is happening.

I too choose Gun Owner. Let that pansy ass “what?” be a victim. War Vets are the people I prefer to be armed, as they are usually a better shot than the typical thug who would shoot up a college campus.
