Why? Because she was found “with a boy in her room”

Islam related? Doesn’t say in the article, but I wouldn’t be surprised…

The victim’s grandmother, Natho (60), told Newsline that her sons killed Mamta after they found a boy, Pintu (14), her schoolmate, in her room late on Friday night. Father Jagdish Singh and his brother Soni Singh then allegedly burnt her body and dumped it in a well.

The police are, however, yet to recover the body and have registered a case of murder against Singh and his two brothers, who are at large.

And the Grandmother SAYS SHE DESERVED IT.  Sick people…

Natho said Mamta was dear to her, but what she did was “unacceptable” and that she “deserved” the punishment. “How could she let a boy into her room?”

“We were sleeping and were supposed to wake early because there was a wedding in the family. Around 9.30 pm, I heard a noise and went to Mamta’s room. I saw Pintu there. Seeing the boy, her father and uncles got angry and started beating her up. The beating continued till she died,” Natho said with a straight face.

    That is the most disgusting thing I have heard today. How can a father beat his daughter to death, burn her body and throw her down a well? Oh, I’m sure it was in the name of Allah, these people make me physically ill!

    Could be Hindu or Sikh, too. Although dishonor killings occur mostly in Arab/Muslim countries and in Arab/Muslim communities elsewhere, some do occur in other places, including the subcontinent (among non-Muslims).

    You should check your facts before you post. Honor killings are indeed common in Muslim communities, but they also happen in other middle eastern and Indian communities. In this case, every name is a non-muslim name, yet this website managed to identify this family as muslim….Dont you think its better not to try and solve the problems of infidels about whom you apparently know so little?

    Nobody EVER said it was Islam related. I said I wouldn’t be surprised because of the countless other Honor Killings committed by muslims that we’ve covered on this site over the last 2 years. Quit making asses out of yourselves if you can’t read one line of text after the headline…

    Besides, so what if their name is “Singh”?? They could have converted to Islam for all you know…not everyone who converts to Islam changes their name.

    It doesn’t matter what religion they are. It would be just as disgraceful/savage if they were Choctaw, Buddhist, Zulu, etc. The barbaric/savage practice of murdering to reclaim supposed “honor” is an insult to the entire human race.
