Supreme court votes to give terrorists full rights

Voted 5-4…Liberals are dancing in the streets. Foreign terrorists are now given full rights in a federal court of law under the US constitution. Today, America loses and terrorists win. Thank you liberal ideology!
The Supreme Court ruled Thursday that foreign terrorism suspects held at Guantanamo Bay have rights under the Constitution to challenge their detention in U.S. civilian courts.
The justices handed the Bush administration its third setback at the high court since 2004 over its treatment of prisoners who are being held indefinitely and without charges at the U.S. naval base in Cuba. The vote was 5-4, with the court’s liberal justices in the majority.
…The court said not only that the detainees have rights under the Constitution, but that the system the administration has put in place to classify them as enemy combatants and review those decisions is inadequate.
The administration had argued first that the detainees have no rights. But it also contended that the classification and review process was a sufficient substitute for the civilian court hearings that the detainees seek.
In dissent, Chief Justice John Roberts criticized his colleagues for striking down what he called “the most generous set of procedural protections ever afforded aliens detained by this country as enemy combatants.”
Justices Samuel Alito, Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas also dissented.
Justices Stephen Breyer, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, David Souter and John Paul Stevens joined Kennedy to form the majority.

President Bush should have these vermin scum (THE JUDGES )arrested for sedition / treason and shot. One more nail of death in the coffin of these DisUnited States of America. It’s time for house cleaning in this Country, get rid of all the politicians, Republicans and Democrats and start over. I’m sick of this insanity. I’m suprised the Judges didn’t let the bastard throat slitting scum out on bail. I don’t even realize what Country I’m living in anymore. Liberals are becoming an outright danger to the survival of this land and the RINO’s (And many other Republicans )are coelenterates. We had better start learning Arabic and Spanish soon. “United States of America”……

This is a great post. The insanity that is the liberal faction in this country is an adversary that is not for the United States well being. And this decision, by the Supreme Court is shouting out to the world that we are here for the taking……we welcome everyone who does not like us. This is insane people and if we do not stand up and tell our government to stop selling this country down the river, this country is in it’s last days. Our troops and our citizens deserve better. Much better. While we can, God Bless America, and God Bless our troops. The Supreme Court just made their jobs harder, and their lives worth less. Thank you Justices Ginsberg, Breyer, Souter, Stevens and Kennedy. You traitors.

We have tyranny brewing in the American judicial system - something Thomas Jefferson and Abraham Lincoln predicted. Our founding fathers defined tyranny as government power which does not derive from the consent of the governed - and this Supreme Court is acting without the consent of the governed. Our founders also defined tyranny as government which becomes destructive of the peoples inalienable God-given rights to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness; and this now applies to the Supreme Court because this decision is a threat to our life and liberty as it is now more difficult for our military forces to defend our life and our liberty.
What we need is a new Constitutional amendment - one to limit the terms of Supreme Court Justices to 6 years - same as the Senate. We don’t fully have government of the people, by the people and for the people as things now stand. We are becoming an oligarchic government of elite men instead of government of Constitutional law – men who, as Abraham Lincoln stated, “pervert the Constitution.”
