Video: Hussein Ibish, Laura Ingraham and the McDonalds Headscarf lawsuit

Muslim apologist Hussein Ibish (If you don’t know who Hussein Ibish is, read my previous post) talks about the 10 million dollar lawsuit that two Muslim women are filing against McDonalds for not letting them wear their hijab while they work.  Mr. Ibish naturally takes the “moderate Muslim” stance that every Muslim grievance is perfectly legitimate.

What’s annoying too is how Hussein continually tries to talk over Laura the whole time.  Fortunately Laura does not roll over easy.

    let them work around the grease pit and the fry machine, eventually the scarf will dip into the oil and burst into flames.  now that would be a wild youtube video, look like a lifesize matchstick running around.  then maybe they will learn why you don't wear long flowing garments in various jobs.  it is called safety, duh.
  • I completely agree. Safety is a concern for anyone working at a place with hot oil and food.

    I'd like to add, that the bigger issue here is that when people walk into a place to work- there are specific requirements from the company set forth upon hire that must be adhered to. (safety, etc.) Its ridiculous to walk in off the street and demand that your potential boss change their rules to accommodate you. But then again- this ridiculous notion persists in today's view of the government saving all us poor people.

    But flip the coin- if that boss walked into THEIR church and demanded them to remove their hair coverings so that he too would fit in, wouldn't HE be considered ridiculous, not the women?
