UN to Britain: "Treat Muslims better"

Because if you don’t they’ll blow up malls, trains, cars, and even themselves to KILL YOU. A nicely veiled threat by the Untied Nations.

Britain has been told by the United Nations to challenge negative public views towards the Muslim community.

The nine-member human rights committee composed of legal experts, said it was concerned “negative public attitudes towards Muslim members of society” continued to be allowed in Britain.

It recommended the Government “should take energetic measures to eliminated this phenomenon and ensure that authors of such acts of discrimination on the basis of religion are adequately deterred and sanctioned.”

The committee also expressed concern over the Government’s plan to extend detention of terrorist suspects without trial from 28 to 42 days.

Those suspected of terrorism should be promptly charged and taken to court within a reasonable period of time, while their lawyers should have access to the evidence against them.

Maybe if muslims in the UK stopped blowing up subway stations and trains, there wouldn’t be such a negative view of muslims. Maybe if muslims in the UK hadn’t blown up cars at the Heathrow Airport attempted to blow up a car at Glasgow Airport (Thanks, Roy). Maybe if muslims in the UK didn’t smuggle shoe bombs and liquid explosives on to airliners, there wouldn’t be such a negative view of muslims. Maybe if muslim clerics in the UK didn’t preach hatred of Jews and Christians, there wouldn’t be such a negative view of muslims. Maybe if muslim gangs in the UK would stop raping girls, and savagely beating boys within an inch of their lives, there wouldn’t be such a negative view of muslims. Maybe if muslims in the UK would stop honor killings, forced marriages, and indoctrinating children into the hatred of islam, there wouldn’t be such a negative view of muslims.

    Why doesn’t the UN tell the Muslims to treat the “infidels” better?

    Maybe if muslims in the UK would stop honor killings, forced marriages, and indoctrinating children into the hatred of islam, there wouldn’t be such a negative view of muslims.

    The UN and the rest of the left don’t give a damn about what Muslims do.  Instead, the left wants to see all of the West become part of the Third World.

    For this recommendation, the UN deserves the Neville Chamberlain Award.

    This is ridiculous! The Italians are leading the way by destroying a Mosque and increasing jail terms for illegals caught.  The Brits will wake up next when Mr. Brown and his Scottish Mafia get removed……don’t under estimate them.

    By the way, Heathrow was not attacked by car bombs, that was Glasgow, and I don’t believe the bomb went off, in fact the only bomb in the car was a gas cannister. The plan was to crash the 4 wheel drive then eventually the gas would explode. A brave Scot floored one of them and is a hero there, Allah bless him ;0) Keep up the good work! We need you!!!

    There’s not much hope for Britan as long as they are led by a Socialist elite class. What do you expect from a government which is does not rule with the consent of the governed. There is a natural attraction between elite European Socialists and Global Islamists – they are both forms of tyranny and they make natural allies against the God-given life, liberty and pursuit of happiness of ordinary people.

    We need to send the UN to someplace where they can’t do any damage. How about  the Gobi Desert with no water?   What a joke! That we continue to allow this organization in our country is infuriating.
