I suppose defending, supporting Islamic barbarism, blaming the Israel and the US for the world’s problems, airing Al Qaeda and Taliban propaganda as well as it’s overall support for Islamic Jihad against Western societies on a daily basis is good reason to receive an Emmy, right? According to the international Emmy committee, I guess so.
Al Jazeera Receives First International Emmy Nominations – Memri
Al Jazeera’s English-language coverage of the Myanmar crackdown and a current affairs program have earned the network its first International Emmy news nominations.
Besides Al Jazeera English, nominated networks include the Canadian Broadcasting Corp., TV Globo in Brazil, Pro TV News in Romania, ITV News in the United Kingdom and SBS Broadcasting in the Netherlands.
