Raw Audio: Obama argues in Illinois Senate against protecting babies who survive abortions (2002)

unbelievable…well not really actually.

After going to Saddleback and giving his pathetic answer to the evangelical community, and then saying in an interview afterward that “people are lying” about his position on the born alive infant protection act, this Audio now surfaces of Obama clearly arguing against protecting babies who’ve been born alive after an attempted abortion.

Here’s what he said right after the Saddleback forum:

“They have not been telling the truth,” he said. “And I hate to say that people are lying, but here’s a situation where folks are lying.”

“I have said repeatedly that I would have been completely in, fully in support of the federal bill that everybody supported – which was to say –that you should provide assistance to any infant that was born – even if it was as a consequence of an induced abortion,” he added.

“That was not the bill that was presented at the state level. What that bill also was doing was trying to undermine Roe vs. Wade,” Obama claim.

Amazingly, the Obama camp came out ther next day and clarified:

And then this audio which surfaced from 2002:

In this audio Obama coldly claims two doctors helping a baby born alive after a botched abortion would be a burden for the aborting mother when he is arguing against the Born Alive Infant Protection Act at the Illinois state legislature April 200

Obama:  “and that essentially adding an additional doctor who then has to be called in an emergency situation to come in and make these assessments is really designed simply to burden the original decision…”

  • Yes jennyjen - just like in my husbands family his brother had only a daughter, (doesn't count) his sister had two boys (doesn't count) - and we had a daughter and she had two sons and a girl due now (doesn't count)  My only son  only had a girl (so that does it, and ends the family line)  because the blood line comes from the man, not the woman. 
    Jesus Christ is God's only begotten son, and now we are the children of God through Christ.  (The Mystery) and had the devil known about this mystery he would have never crucified the Son of God, Christ Jesus. 

    I did my best with this trying to be short and sweet!  Obama is a Muslim through and through - heart and soul.

    Carolyn, I have been arguing that point with a few fellow workers, thank God you pointed it out! Obama was born a Muslim and has renounced his father's religion by converting to Christianity. Now following Sharia Law, that puts a fatwa on Obama, Right!??!!Anyone else thought about that? The Muslim countries are endorsing Obama, (aka Captain BullShit) but it's OK to lie to the Infidels so long as the Muslim is doing it to spread Islam says the Koran. 
    Now this is just a thought, very open to what others have to say but I gotta put it in print--He's either a complete idiot with a death wish- doubtful or a jihadist with a plan- more likely.

  • If Obama's father was Muslim, Obama is Muslim - the blood line is from the father.  Obama is Muslim at heart as well, and everything is above his pay grade.  IMO Obama is so devilish and is manifesting himself as an angel of light.  Very sinister, indeed.  Obama is NOT TRUE BLUE, BUT A BLUE BEARD.

  • Of all things I dislike about Obama, this tops that list.  This makes me sick, and I can't fathom how any human being would be in support of this kind of murder, its just so wrong.  He is the most extreme liberal when it comes to pro choice, and I fear for all the little babies that will be murdered if he enters office. Gah!

  • Barack Hussein Obama is like a typical evil Muslim, who commits suicide by exploding a strapped bomb, on his back, in the middle of a crowd of innocent people.  A Muslim suicide bomber is a product of Islam.  Obama also doesn't value life. It's murder to allow a baby to die after it's birth. But that's Obama, plain and simple.  I still believe Barack Hussein Obama has some Muslim blood in him.
