So what happens when one Muslim wants to abide by the Sharia court but the the other wants to abide by British Law? At some point this will happen…we know the inevitability of what comes next. The Dhimmi’s in the UK have let the multiculturalism get so out of hand, that it will be too late to do anything about it, unless something very radical and most likely inhumane is done.
The Islamization of the multiculturalist capital of the world is a good example oh how a modern day Western society can be taken over by Islamists, going as far as changing the constitution, legitimizing Islamic courts, voting Muslim politicians into power and submitting to Islam once Islamic law has been established becuase, ya know, it’s “the will of the people” right?
Sharia courts now have the power of law in Britain:
ISLAMIC law has been officially adopted in Britain, with sharia courts given powers to rule on Muslim civil cases.
The government has quietly sanctioned the powers for sharia judges to rule on cases ranging from divorce and financial disputes to those involving domestic violence. Rulings issued by a network of five sharia courts are enforceable with the full power of the judicial system, through the county courts or High Court. Previously, the rulings of sharia courts in Britain could not be enforced, and depended on voluntary compliance among Muslims.
It has now emerged that sharia courts with these powers have been set up in London, Birmingham, Bradford and Manchester with the network’s headquarters in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. Two more courts are being planned for Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Sheikh Faiz-ul-Aqtab Siddiqi, whose Muslim Arbitration Tribunal runs the courts, said he had taken advantage of a clause in the Arbitration Act 1996.
Sharia law at Muslim college in Nuneaton
The head of a Muslim college in Warwickshire which houses the UK’s first official sharia law court has spoke of the advantages of using the ancient system.
Faisal Aqtab Siddiqi said despite misconceptions, the system would work with British law to solve disputes and could “enrich” the current legal system. Mr Siddiqi is head of the Hijaz College Islamic University in Nuneaton- home of the Muslim Arbitration Tribunal (MAT).
The tribunal, formed last year, offers ways for the Muslim community to resolve disputes in accordance with the sacred laws.
Mr Siddiqi said it was not the same as unofficial sharia courts reported to be operation across the country.
He said the system, part of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) introduced in reforms of the civil justice system, dealt with commercial, civil, and matrimonial matters and some instances of domestic violence and neighbourly disputes.

Oh, and just a reminder for those who aren’t taking this seriously…A Poll in Febuary 08 was taken by the Telegraph which showed over 40% of Muslims support some form os Islamic (Sharia) Law.
Poll reveals 40pc of Muslims want sharia law in UK
Four out of 10 British Muslims want sharia law introduced into parts of the country, a survey reveals today.
The ICM opinion poll also indicates that a fifth have sympathy with the “feelings and motives” of the suicide bombers who attacked London last July 7, killing 52 people, although 99 per cent thought the bombers were wrong to carry out the atrocity.
Overall, the findings depict a Muslim community becoming more radical and feeling more alienated from mainstream society, even though 91 per cent still say they feel loyal to Britain.
The results of the poll, conducted for the Sunday Telegraph, came as thousands of Muslims staged a fresh protest in London yesterday against the publication of cartoons of Mohammed. In Libya, at least 10 people died in protests linked to the caricatures.
And in Pakistan, a cleric was reported to have put a $1 million (£575,000) bounty on the head of the Danish cartoonist who drew the original pictures.
And this also in Febuary…
Sharia law already enforced in 10 courts
The extent to which sharia law already operates in Britain was the subject of concern yesterday after it emerged that at least 10 Islamic “courts” are sitting across the country.
The existence of the courts, in towns and cities including London and Birmingham, heightened anxiety following the Archbishop of Canterbury’s remarks that the introduction of some elements of Islamic law was “unavoidable”.
The majority of cases heard in the courts involve divorce or financial disputes, but one reported case involved a gang of Somali youths who were allowed to go free after paying compensation to a teenager they had stabbed.
Extremists were said to have used the spread of sharia courts to justify calls for Islamic law to be adopted “wholesale” for Muslims living in Britain.
