This sort of mayhem seems more and more to be the rule, rather than the exception in Tripoli.

(ANSAmed) – TRIPOLI (LEBANON), OCTOBER 2 – The death toll of the car bomb attack carried out last Monday in Tripoli, the big port city in northern Lebanon, rose to seven victims – four soldiers and three civilians, it was reported in the night by a security forces representative. The toll was updated after the death of a civilian for the wounds suffered in the attack, the source specified. The previous toll reported four dead soldiers and two civilians. A further 26 people, including military and civilians, were wounded, according to the security services. The car bomb exploded at the passage of a military bus going to Beirut. (ANSAmed).

Pay close attention and be very wary, lest this sort of thing spread to Europe, and then to the Americas.
