Yup, those peaceful muslims are really making a name for islam in Africa.

(ANSAmed) – ALGIERS, OCTOBER 16 – Three municipal guards were killed and two others seriously injured yesterday when a bomb exploded in the Setif region, 300 kilometres east of Algiers, while a young police cook was assassinated in Boudouau, in Kabylia near the capital. The head of the boy taken hostage two days ago has also been found alongside railway tracks, according to Liberté. It is a macabre action which, said the newspaper, is a clear sign that the Salafite Group for Preaching and Combat (GSPC, now Al Qaeda for the Islamic Magreb) has adopted the gruesome methods used by the Armed Islamic Group (GIA). Having become the GSPC in 1997, the GIA is well-known for its massacres of civilians in the 1990s. The patrol of the municipal guards, according to El Watan, was attacked near the Babors mountains, 50 kilometres north of Setif, a calm area since 2004 when a massive sweep-up operation by the army eliminated several members of Islamic armed groups.     Okay, I’ve been going through this blog and I was glad to find some articles about oppressive Islam that interested me. But are non so-called right people welcome here, or is one supposed to be on this right in order to be against Islamic oppression?

      Yo, CM.  This here is a FREE country.  1st Amendment and all like that.  Be advised, if someone disagrees with your view, they WILL let you know all about it in the strongest terms.  But that IS what free discussion is all about ain’t it?  I don’t care who you are in your world, where you’re from, what religion you espouse, what color you are or like, what cars you drive etc, etc….ad nauseum.  Your opinion and ideas are what concern me…and I like to hear them all.  If I think they’re stupid, I’ll tell you so…and most folks that come here are like that, but it IS interesting and vigorous at times……

    Hi, Tonto. Thanks for your thoughts. But I was curious to know whether or not people in this blog-community think that to be anti-Islamic fundamentalism equates with being a supporter of the American right. I consider myself the former but not the latter, although most people here seem to feel that the two go hand-in-hand.

    … good point, I am against the moslem belief system, I think it is pretty scary, but I believe we should all look after each other as far as we can. I also believe having 59 million people without healthcare (the same as the whole population of my country) is an absolute disgrace for the richest country in the world… particularly with it’s apparent “christian” ethic. 
    I’m not a christian, but I don’t believe jesus would have let someone die just because he had no money. I believe a national health service is the mark of a truly civilised society.

    CM, I really don’t think that a far lefty or a far righty would be accepted here…..they’d be pissed off all the time and that shuts down your brain and turns you into an incoherent puke.  I ain’t a real right righty.  I despise islaminazis and any of their supporters, Pelosi, Obama, Reid, Kerry, all the Kennedys, Rosie O’ Dummy, all the broads on the view and anybody that don’t love Jesus.  Stupid libs piss me off, as do stupid islaminazis and so I’m likely to go off on them.  I think everybody likes reasonable folks as long as they ain’t lying.
    Simon, The health care thing is kinda not as bad as it sounds.  There is a lot of health care that is free to those that can’t pay.  Payment is demanded from people that have a job etc, and can really break the bank for them.  The free stuff is why all the illegals come here.  Even if Americans don’t have insurance, there is much care they can get for free.  They just ain’t going to get free breast enlargements and hair transplants.  Ain’t nobody going to die cause they don’t have insurance, just not plastic surgery for big ears or something.
