Video: What's next? Obama mocks Joe The Plumber; Media follows suit

Seems a bit biased to me.  As long as Joe didn’t hit the talk show circuit I think the scrutiny could be deemed excessive. However, given that he did he made himself fair game for investigation like any other celebrity.

What the investigation showed:
1. Joe owes the state money.
2. Joe doesn’t have a plumbers license.
3. The business he wants to buy doesn’t generate the kind of income he was asking questions about. What’s up with that? Makes you think “setup” especially given that: 
4. Joe turns out to be related to Charles Keating — the Lincoln Savings S&L crook — who is still a good friend of John McCain’s.
5. And it turned out that Joe admitted he would be better off under the Obama plan than the McCain plan.

Personally, I’m not against discussion of the additional 3% tax on income over $250K.  I think it’s a pretty nominal issue for anyone in that income bracket to be honest but others may differ in their opinion.  As far as the cries of socialism go, I think we have to own up to the fact that the Bush government has just partially nationalized all the banks. That needs a lot more discussion — and I’m not throwing stones here as it might be the right move — than a mere tax increase.

There’s a lot to worry about folks. I think Joe the plumber, viewpoints about the MSM, and incremental taxation on higher income earners,  are the least of our problems.

the point isn’t “joe the plumber”, the point is the answer and the following attack.  it could have been “bob the builder” or “sara the secretary” asking the question.  getting the answer “spread your wealth around” is what is being buried in the savage media attack on the American citizen who dared to ask a question of their chosen messiah.  funny how the ones who keep throwing around “free speech” are the ones who are doing the most to suppress it.

Take a picture or make a movie, and yes even ask a question and with in days millions of people see it and then they voice their opinions and discuss it.  without the internet, nobama would be getting away with all his lies (even more than he does now), with video posted as soon as he speaks the gun clinging people of PA knew what he saids in CA with in hours.  the msm would not have allowed that.  so we of the net have made his lying harder, but he still lies because he thinks we are stupid and they can spin the msm to fix it.
