I went to a Lutheran parochial school and yeah I might get a whack on the hand with a ruler once or twice a year, but when a teacher went and clapped his hands over a student's ears really hard, the school fired him. All the parents, mine included (and they were old-school German type disciplinarians) called for his firing which the school didl We certainly never had anything like this going on! Hell, not even the strict Catholic parochial school that I attended for four or five months before transferredd to the Lutheran school would ever have tolerated this sort of thing.<br><br>I'm a firm believer in discipline for children, but this is NOT discipline--this is purely and simply child abuse! So, I repeat, where the hell is Child Protective Service when they are really needed? Oh yeah, the government is too busy sucking up to the Muslims and trying to appease them. I guess they didn't learn anything from Chamberlain's policy of trying to appease the Nazi. Appeasing a bully never works. They have to be taken on and shown that their behaviour will NOT be tolerated. In fact if the British had any brains at all (debatable these days), the would send all the Muslims back from whence they came. That's not very likely, so I'd like to see some action against this abuse of children. Do I think anything will be done? Doubtful, but I hope I am wrong. In order for a person to be designated to be a teacher, that person has to have completed a degree, as well as rigorous teacher-training. No, these are not teachers, but just people who enjoy the feeling of power that abusing children give them. Why isn't the government here licking these filth out, and banning all Madrassahs?
