Russia gets another taste of terror.

Blast hits S.Russia official building -agencies

MOSCOW Jan 13 (Reuters) – An explosion in the south Russian region of Ingushetia blew up the office of court bailiffs in the main town of Nazran on Tuesday killing a number of people, Russian news agencies reported.

Ingushetia is a mainly Muslim region next to Chechnya in the North Caucasus where Russian security forces have been fighting a growing rebel insurgency, violence which analysts say could undermine the regional stability. (Writing by James Kilner; Editing by Matthew Jones)

    The latest Russian wires seem to indicate this was a natural gas explosion, not a terrorist bombing. I might add though that you do great work here and I follow your site closely!! Keep spreading the word!!

    I still side with Orthodox Christian Russians against jihadists. But many Russians' apparent nostalgia for Godless totalitarian communism and their approval of Putin's restarting of the Cold War, and supplying Iran with modern weapons/nuclear technology tends to lessen the sympathy I would otherwise have for Russia.
