Coexistence in Israel – YMCA Peace Preschool
While the media may not show it and you might not know it, all across Israel coexistence programs remain strong despite the current conflict with Gaza. These children don’t know about wars, or who’s a Jew and who’s an Arab. What they know is how to sing along and have a good time together in harmony.
These are the children of the YMCA’s Peace Preschool in Jerusalem. The program has been running for the past 25 years and strives to make coexistence a normal part of life, even before you can form a sentence, or an opinion.

It’s disgusting what Hamas is doing to the kids over there, meanwhile Israel is teaching Arab and Israeli children to live in a peaceful co-existence. Those who accuse Israel of being the aggressors are simply ignorant of history, ignorant of factual events, and ignorant of the cultural value system of Hamas. Those people who support Hamas are despicable.
