So xkon has an admirer! Xkon is “a very learned man”. I shudder to think what goes on in Mic's mind that allows him to reach such a conclusion. Consider this business about the St Valentine's Day ban, for instance, a ban xkon finds entirely reasonable, arguing that Muslims should not be expected to observe Christian holidays and the like. Fair enough. I have no argument with that, BUT THIS IS NOT THE ISSUE! Get that, Mic??? Understand? No? Allow me to explain. The ban does not mean Muslims are not allowed to celebrate the day: it means that NOBODY in that particular country is allowed to. Suppose non-Muslim countries were as bullying as Muslim authorities are in their own lands: they would, by analogy, have every right to ban celebration of Ramadan. Would xkon and other “learned men” be content to accept this? Of course not. This is what is known as double standards, although Muslims are happy to accept them provided they do not get the thin edge of the wedge. Think before you write such idiocy, Mic.
