Geert Wilders was recently invited by a member of the House of Lords to screen “Fitna” at the British Parliament. Once the Muslims found out, they threatened to unleash their protesting mob. Of course we all remember the british mobs calling for atrocious things like this:
Of course the parlaiment quickly sprang into action and redacted the invitation as to not insult any Muslim or incite any “hatred” amongst the Muslim population.
What’s really going on of course is that The Brits have sank so deep into dhimmitude and far-left multiculturalism that they have no clue what they’ve done to their own identity as a nation, as a people, as a country. This story is truly mind boggling and a great example for the rest of Europe and even America to realize that this will one day happen in their country as soon as Islamists start having their way.
A House of Lords screening of a film linking Islam to violent extremism was blocked after pressure from Muslim groups, according to reports.
The screening, planned for last Thursday, was cancelled after a meeting between Lord Nazir Ahmed, senior House of Lords figures and Muslim leaders, according to a Pakistani news agency.
The Associated Press of Pakistan quotes Lord Ahmed terming the cancellation “a victory for the Muslim community”. (yea…victory over free-speech-ed)
The decision to cancel the Lords showing was reportedly reached after Lord Ahmed met with the Government Chief Whip in the House of Lords and Leader of the House of Lords.
Representatives from the Muslim Council of Britain, British Muslim Forum and others from the British Muslim community were also present at the meeting.
The film, Fitna, was made by Dutch MP Geert Wilders. It juxtaposes quotations from the Koran with footage of terrorist atrocities and speeches by Muslim preachers.
Mr Wilders is facing prosecution in the Netherlands after he compared the Koran with Mein Kampf and said there is a direct link between Islam and violence.
The European Parliament also refused to allow a screening of Fitna on its premises last December, according to reports.
One Dutch MEP, Maria Martens, welcomed the decision.
“The film has nothing to do with freedom of expression. This freedom does not give the right to offend,” she said.

The place where Winston Churchill once so eloquently and forcefully rallied the British people to defeat the Nazi threat is now under siege from a new tyranny.
Islamic intimidation achieved a new high last week when it forced the British Parliament, one of Western civilization’s most venerable institutions, to quietly surrender its most basic of freedoms.
Almost unreported in the Western media, including Britain’s, a Muslim member of the House of Lords, Nazir Ahmed, showed the advanced state of Britain’s dhimmitude when he threatened to mobilize 10,000 fellow Muslims to block Dutch parliamentarian and filmmaker, Geert Wilders, from entering Westminster. Wilders had been invited by another House of Lords member to show his controversial film, Fitna, last Thursday in a Westminster conference room. Invitations had been sent to all House members to attend the screening that was to be followed “by discussion and debate in true parliamentary fashion.”
But Baron Ahmed, who was born in Pakistan and raised in Britain, forgetting he is part of a liberal democratic system that cherishes freedom of expression and association, reacted with familiar jihadi-style tactics to Wilders’ announced appearance. Along with his threat to mobilize 10,000 demonstrators to block Wilders’ path, it was reported Ahmed also intended to sue the House of Lords member who had invited the Dutch politician.
However, that all proved unnecessary.
After Ahmed and representatives of several British Muslim organizations met with the leader of the House of Lords and its chief whip, the Wilders visit was cancelled and British democracy suffered a crushing defeat. And while the British elites and media may have wanted to keep the British people in the dark regarding the scale of this debacle, Ahmed had no qualms about publicizing it. Labeling it what it truly is, Ahmed told Pakistani media outlets that the British parliament’s retreat was “a victory for the Muslim community.”
