Sana’a, Yemen – The bombing that killed four South Korean tourists and a Yemeni guide in south-eastern Yemen on Sunday was a suicide attack by an al-Qaeda operative, security sources said on Monday.

The sources said police investigations concluded that a suicide attacker blew himself up among a group of 17 tourists from South Korea as they were touring a mountain overlooking the historical city of Shibam.

‘Primary investigation concluded that s suicide bomber with an explosive belt carried out the attack,’ a security source told Deutsche Presse-Agentur dpa.

‘This carries the hallmark of al-Qaeda,’ added the source, who asked not to be named.

Four South Korean tourists, including two women, were killed after an explosive device went off as a three-car tourist convoy made its way through the area.

Five other Koreans and three Yemenis were injured, a security source said in a statement carried by the official Saba news agency.

    How do you assume that this is Allah's will? Maybe we should label every crime that every person in a largely Christian country with a religious name:

    "Christian Man Shoots 10 People"
    "Christian Students in Germany Go on a Shooting Rampage"
    "Man Murdered by Christian-God Stabber"

    It's not Allah's will, "Interesting", even if there were such an entity. It's the will of parcel of crazies who delight in interpreting their nonsense book, said to be the words of a man of dubious intellectual ability and moral standards uttered to feather his nest, to serve their own ends. So intensely do these people indoctrinate their children that the poor wretches grow up programmed to foster the evil. I use that word deliberately, based upon the deeds committed on a daily basis by Islam's adherents. Christianity is just as absurd as Islam in my view, but Christians no longer engage in wholesale persecution of those of other faiths. (Yes, I know full-well that John Paul II was the best friend HIV/AIDS ever had, so don't think I have even the faintest respect for the papists - or protestants, either.)

    You quote "Christian Man Shoots 10 People" and 2 other headlines (are they REALLY headlines, or are you being inventive?). OK, let's assume you are quoting verbatim. There might well be the odd Christian madman who might behave in this way, but for every Christian of this putrid flavour there are a thousand Muslims or more who would behave similarly. The Christian world would look upon their man as contemptible, but Muslims would shout their usual nonsense and TRULY BELIEVE their murderer would have earned a place in paradise (hymen land).

    Come on, "Interesting": get real.

    Considering that muslims frequently invoke allah when blowing themselves up (allahu akbar ring a bell?) and that we have thousands of incidents where a muslim proclaimed he/she was doing what they did for allah/islam/jihad one can draw a legitimate connection between the two. Can you find me evidence in recent times of a Christian going off on a rampage and calling out "In Jesus' name, AMEN!"? Can you see the difference?
