Give the guy a break! Give the guy a break! That’s all I hear from liberals.  

How many breaks is he due in his first 60 days? 

  1. Obama nominates Richardson to his cabinet – withdraws due to shady business dealings
  2. Obama nominates Daschle to his cabinet – withdraws due to tax evasion
  3. Obama nominates Geithner to his cabinet – tax evader
  4. Obama nominates Solis to his cabinet – hubby’s a tax evader
  5. Obama nominates Killefer to his cabinet – tax evader
  6. Obama signs the biggest spending bill in history without reading it or anyone in Congress reading it
  7. Obama’s administration adds language to the bailout deal to permit bonuses for corporate executives
  8. Obama publicly humiliates one of our closest allies, England, during Brown’s visit to DC
  9. Obama floats the idea of having our wounded warriors pay for their own war related injuries
  10. Obama speak provides comfort to Hamas and Iran
  11. Obama was manhandled by the Russians when discussions came about concerning the missile shield in Eastern Europe
  12. Obama embarrassed the USA when Iran publicly ridiculed Obama’s attempt at dialogue
  13. Obama says he wants to negotiate with the “moderate” Taliban, as if there is such a thing.
  14. Obama compares AIG Execs to suicide bombers
  15. Obama compares his pathetic bowling game to that of “Special Olympics”

Certainly, I didn’t mention all of his missteps – he’s 60 days into it and has proven to be a out of his depth.  When will the American people wake up and realize the office of the POTUS is not a cultural iconic position and should not be treated like a freaking celebrity.  This is a serious job meant for someone who takes it seriously.

Here we have a community organizer with no executive experience who chooses to throw several lavish parties at the White House, travel the country doing townhall speeches as if he’s still on the campaign trail, do the Leno show, go on ESPN and complete a basketball bracket, go bowling, fly off to Chicago for a Vday dinner, arrive at the office mid morning – All this as the country and economy get pulverized on a daily basis.  

In addition he excoriates “Washington behavior” as if to set himself apart, put himself above, the despicable behavior of Washington politics, when it’s ultimately HIM who signed these disatrous spending bills that nobody read, it’s ultimately HIM who validates Congress’ behavior. 

Oh, and about the “special olympic gaffe”, true to hypocritical liberal form, if this had been Sarah Palin, she would have been crucified, but Obama or Biden stick their foots in their mouths, and we are supposed to “give them a break”!

No more “breaks” for the Messiah, the jig is up.

    The One....Obama.........is actually the latest in a long list of clones that have been groomed by "someone" that is using the Democrap Party as a vehicle of their political agenda. Kerry and Gore were both ordered to join the US military so they could acquire "Vietnam time" on their tickets. Kerry was touted as a war hero, a statemant that was clearly refuted by the very people that served with him.....4 months in RVN and a bunch of phony medals to help the lie. Gore was a 3 month vet of RVN, as a Captain guarded night and day by MAJORS and spent the whole time in a luxury hotel in Saigon. Barry H. suddenly went from a school that his family could barely afford to an Ivy League school well beyond his visible means and had NO JOB to pay the bill. The O never had a real job in his life but somehow got financed into a big house in a fancy neighborhood and a Senate job.........how did that happen? He had some good, deep pockets sponsors who are yet to be named. Yep, we're just beginning to respect what a true painted horse and phony Obama is. Would I buy a used car from this gentleman? Hell no!

    You don't like Goldwater, Tonto? I'm surprised. I thought he was as good as politicians get, not sneaky like most of them. I loved his paraphrasing of Cicero: "Extremism in the defence of liberty is no vice ......... moderation in the pursuit of justice is no virtue."

    I remember him from when he was active. Didn't like his views which by today's standards would be pretty mild. Back then he was almost a wild assed radical.

    Hello, Tonto, my friend. Yes, he was looked upon by Americans as the British looked upon Winston Churchill in the 1930s. Barry was a legend. The Yanks thought his views to be so radical and confrontational that he would inflame the Soviets into hostile action. Fat chance! Russia was shit-scared of America, and Barry knew it. Reagan took Barry's lessons to heart and priced the Soviet Union out of existence. Even Clinton, who Barry frowned upon as being indisciplined, had a high regard for Goldwater. Barry Goldwater was American to his bootstraps, and thus anathema to the liberals. Had he been at the helm when 9/11 occurred, Afghanistan would now be a glassy waste.

    My dad liked Goldwater, but then my dad also liked Kerry (at least until I dissuaded him). Clinton and, of course Carter, are leftist pussies, and I don't think Obama even classifies as a pussy....maybe as an amoeba or a paramecium or something. Obama will appease anybody except the right. Muslims are already trying to figure the best way to screw the USA while O is doing this 4 years. Russians are probably licking their chops. I'm thinking about doing a "John Galt", but may be finacially "locked in" and unable to without huge losses. I'm like the rest though, just waiting the AH out. 2009 is going to be the roughest year (at least I hope), and things will begin improving after that if O conserves his spending a bit.....

    Said it before and I will say it again....Obama is way, way past his limit and is really in trouble without his Soros source and Illinois groupies around for support. He's cut off in office because Bill Ayers and the neighbors from home are just too nasty for even the beltway dems to stomach.
    I had a DI in Army Airborne training that would straighten his ass out.....never happen though. Pity.

    Um, seeing as Palin has a special needs child herself, if ANYONE would have "gotten a break" for a special olympics joke, it would have been her. Analogy fail. Idiot.
