This is not a crime based on religion or a national affiliation. This asshole who raped a young girl happens to be from Afghanistan. Why do you feel you have to point out his country of origin, which has nothing to do with the heinous crime he committed. Rapists don't just come from one location. The point is that this girl would not have been raped on this occasion had the UK authorities been interested in ENFORCING immigration laws, and deporting any illegals.
