Video: Obama mocks tea parties

Classic liberal elitest…

Nevermind there were close to a million protesters at over 1000 locations around the country on April 15th.  I’m sure Obama thought it was just a bunch of red neck right wing extremists.

Politico reported:

Asked about fiscal discipline and entitlements reform, Obama seemed to be repressing a smile as he jabbed critics of his spending plans.

“Those of you who are watching certain news channels on which I’m not very popular, and you see folks waving tea bags around, Obama said, “let me just remind them that I am happy to have a serious conversation about how we are going to cut our health care costs down over the long term, how we are going to stabilize Social Security.”

“But,” Obama continued, “let’s not play games and pretend that the reason [for the deficit] is because of the Recovery Act.”

1 million attend tea parties in 50 states
‘Obama has awakened a sleeping giant’

An estimated 1 million Americans participated in at least 1,000 tea parties, according to reports by organizers tabulating the nationwide numbers, with documented protests held in 50 states.

Grover Norquist, president of Americans for Tax Reform told WND, “The Obama administration has awakened a sleeping giant.”

Tax Day Tea Party national event coordinator Amy Kremer told WND she has confirmed that more than 850 parties took place. She has at least 100 more reports in her e-mail inbox that have not been posted.

Asked how many people attended the events, she responded, “I would estimate it at over 1 million. I’m waiting on more numbers to come in from organizers right now. I can tell you it is absolutely over 750,000 right now.”

Mainstream media may run, but they can’t hide from protest tidal wave

We have not yet seen a credible or official guestimate regarding the number of protesters involved in tea parties nationwide.  We think this is a shame because our back of the envelope math figures that the numbers could exceed a million participants… and we’ve seen informal reports of over 500,000 attendees tallied with hundreds of tea parties not yet counted.  Not bad for workday events catering to taxpayers who typically have to work on workdays and may have been scrambling on that particular workday to deal with filing tax forms at the last minute.

The American Left-Wingers are the most snobbish I've ever seen...even in
Brazil they take care to avoid this kind of behavior,in order to not lose votes...
Obama's irony against FOX is unfair and he's a biased,left-winger,partisan president
that PRETENDS to ignore the Tea Party, but actually watched every minute of
    every demonstration!!HE'S WORRIED!!!!

    FOX NEWS:
Is by far,the most reliable, professional, ethical and objective news outlet I've
    ever watched on TV.
It is now what the BBC radio USED TO BE in the 1960's and 1970's when my father
was kept well-informed about the barbaric Soviet Union's attempts to muck
the Middle East,Africa and Central and South America.
Once upon the time...there was a newspaper called "THE NEW YORK TIMES" that
was everything a newspaper would like to be,the best journalists,non-partisans and
    SERIOUS about their profession...
Today, this is something found only in the history books.

I can't wait until it comes back to bite Obama! Let them keep underreporting the estimates of attendee's to the tea parties. But... 750 to 2000 parties.... 3500-4500 at the one I was at.... Do the Math! And a special thanks to the CNN reporter that gave the best and obvious example of media bias that is unquestionable, even the coolaid drinkers are wondering about that one.
