They really have to be kidding.

It was the media and better examples of democratic freedom (The USA, UK, etc.) that inspired the people in Iran. It was not the slow to heat up POTUS brand Waffle Iron.

I'm hoping the Iranian uprising is inspired by Thomas Jefferson – not Barak Obama.

Not sure who I despise more – Gordon Brown, my own prime minister, or Obama.

I think Obama, purely on the basis of that Cop Out in Cairo.

Obama's love letter to Islam did not inspire the uprising! He must be an absolute narcissist to think that!

The uprising was triggered by the election and the probability that it was rigged!

I thought there were some cracks in BHO's polish in yesterday's press conference. It remains to be seen if they heal or widen. I thought it was particularly revealing when he had to resort to saying “I am the POTUS” at one point. He really didn't anwer Major Garret's questions, he was particularly lacking on the one on the 4th of July invitations to the Iranians. He apparantly hasn't considered the implications of not canceling them, or even forgot he extended them. This attempt to claim credit for the beginning of the events in Iran may be another indication of his ego, pride, and arrogance overcoming any good judgement he may have. Also, he may be finding the job is harder than he thought it would be, particularly since he's trying to do so many things at once, while events are moving rapidly everywhere. Looked to me like he could use a smoke.
