Former Jordanian PM: Israel “a cancer that must be eradicated”

(IsraelNN.com)- Former Jordanian prime minister Abd Al-Raouf Al-Rawabdeh delivered a speech recently in which he called Israel “a cancer that must be eradicated.” His comment were aired on Al-Jazeera TV on June 27 and translated by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI). “Israel is a cancerous body. This is agreed upon,” he stated.

“Usually, you confront a cancerous body in one of two ways: If you have the power, you use it to eradicate the cancer. But if you don’t have the power, you try to contain the danger, until you obtain the power you need in order to eradicate it,”said Al-Rawabdeh.

    “Israel is a cancerous body. This is agreed upon,” Agreed upon by whom? All of Islam, or just Muslim extremists? Since he is a former Jordanian prime minister, that would seem to indicate the former, but the main stream media tries to blame it on the extremist "minority" to avoid sounding Islamaphobic. That leaves a large area where the truth may lie, but we know what the truth is, don't we?
