Denmark: Politician says muslim nations should apologize, not the Danish

Denmark, a few years back published some cartoons depicting Muhammad to be violent. In true islamic fashion, muslims across the globe rioted. Now a Saudi lawyer is demanding an apology for offending “thousands of descendants” of the pedophile Muhammad. Danish Pol Martin Henriksen  (whom I believe may indeed have balls of adamantium) basically told them to take a hike.

Danish Politician: Muslim Nations Must Apologise

If only British politicians had half this man’s integrity and guts.

Danish member of parliament Martin Henriksen has suggested that Denmark  demand an apology from Muslim nations.  Specifically, he says that Islamic theocracies should apologise for their oppression of women, stonings, and myriad assaults on civil liberties.

His suggestion is a response – and what a truly fab one it is – to Muslim demands for Danish apologies over the Mohammed cartoons. The latest demand is from Saudi Lawyer  Faisal A.Z. Yamani, who has attacked Danish newspapers for reprinting the Muhammad cartoons.

Henriksen says:

” I demand an apology for oppression of women, stoning, intimidation of adherents of other beliefs, violation of civil liberties, and not least the extensive contempt for Danish culture and democracy, Danes and Westerners.

I would like to simply return the ball to their court and demand some apologies from them. We could issue a form letter every time a new incident appears.”

And Henriksen has already drafted the letter he would like to send to any Muslims demanding penance over the Mohammed cartoons:

We thank you for your inquery concerning a possible apology for a cartoon issued in Danish newspapers some years ago. We have considered the issue, also from a historical perspective, and conclude that we are not in a position to process your request before the Western world has received the following:

  1. An apology for the massive repression of women.
  2. A full stop of stoning, whipping and hanging for violation of Sharia law.
  3. An apology for and full abandonment of: Persecution of adherents of other faiths, extensive riots and destruction in Western countries having received refugees and immigrants.

He also proposes that a series of qualified historians list

“the extensive number of assaults, ethnic cleansings etc. which throughout history have been committed in the name of Islam.”

Now that’s what I call a politician.

Agreed! If only we had more like him in the US, instead of the Appeaser in Chief, B Hussein Obama, things would be looking a lot better.

    It's always good to see someone with the fortitude to stand up and call evildoers on their BS. Hopefully, this behavior will become more common as the stupidities of islam become more and more apparent to greater numbers of people. Unfortunately, as of right now, people that even pay attention to the screwing the world is getting are fewer than I would have imagined. The mullahturds and their thugish minions seem to continue to murder, protest innocence and scream hysterically about imagined "affronts to islam" on and on with no criticism whatso ever.     Just had a thought, has anyone done a film on Mohammed to compare with the many done on Jesus? Maybe someone should do such a movie to show what Mohammed's life was really like, to educate the world to the reality of the man that began their "religion". As far as I know, there is not even a Muslim produced version of his life to compare with Jesus. Or even anything to compare with the movie The Ten Commandments. Even an entirely objective film on his life should expose a lot to the public eye. Whadda ya think, guys?

    Sir Wilhelm, I would have guessed that no movie had ever been made about Mohammed. I looked anyway and found that Anthony Quinn starred in the movie "Allah's Messenger", also titled "The Message" in 1976. It was funded by Muammar Gaddafi. I don't know anything about the content, but according the producer, it was made to "bridge the gap of understanding between Muslims and non-Muslims", so he was obviously shown in a positive light. All this time I thought that appeasing Muslims was a relatively new hobby for liberals. Mohammed was not seen or heard; his presence was noted with music and light. The story is told by one of his followers.

    Riots ensued, hostages were taken and fatwas were issued. Apparently, even though he was not shown, Muslims said that they don't want infidels having anything to do with telling the story of their "revered prophet".

    I think a movie depicting Mohammed as he really was is an excellent idea. Since Hollywood is filled with liberal idiots, I guess we'll have to look to a brave independent filmmaker. If Muslim morons get so ticked off at a cartoon, can we even imagine the bloodshed a movie would incite?

    Some time ago I read a draft script (published on the web)for a "Life of Brian" style movie;with the writer appealing for funds to realise his project.
    But have heard nothing since.
    Surely some wealthy rascal somewhere has the balls to finance and produce it.
    I remember reading about Lou Grade handing over the script for LOB to George Harrison who went ahead with it and made millions.
    Sadly I have not the wherewithal of GH otherwise I'd jump right in with such a project.
    But I think there'd be skin and hair flying !
    I believe Ben Elton has considered such a project;and with his obvious writing talent with Richard Curtis would do a fine job.
    The thought of Rowan Atkinson playing Mo has me salivating!
