Iran admits development of second nuke plant

We touched on this yesterday.  Seems like the truth came faster than we expected.

Iran has told the U.N. nuclear watchdog it has a second uranium enrichment plant under construction, a belated disclosure sure to heighten Western fears of an Iranian bid for atom bombs.

The International Atomic Energy Agency said on Friday Iran had revealed the existence of the plant to IAEA Director-General Mohamed ElBaradei on Monday, just as six world powers and Iran prepare to discuss its disputed nuclear drive on October 1.

The IAEA said Iran had told ElBaradei in a letter that the plant would enrich uranium only to a level needed to generate electricity.

“The agency also understands from Iran that no nuclear material has been introduced into the facility,” International Atomic Energy Agency spokesman Marc Vidricaire said.

The agency requested specific information and an immediate inspection of the plant to ensure it was for peaceful purposes.

I read that Iran probably disclosed this because they knew they were caught and wanted to look less covert by being the ones to announce it. Then I read that Obama had informed Russia and China of this info to get them on side with sanctions. I don't know the timing but is it possible that Obama told Russia and they told Iran that they had been caught? It would have require that Obama's talk with Putin happened before Iran sent the IAEA the disclosure information on... what, this last Monday?

At any rate, peacemongers will claim that Iran just wanted this as secret backup to their "civilian" nuclear program in case Israel bombed their public one. But then, peacemongers want Israel nuked so it matters little what they say.

The one thing I don't understand about the Shiah's wanting to Nuke Isreal? Is the fact that if they do just that...they will also be killing all the Palestinians, that they say, they are defending?!?! Oh wait..
they'll just use the Binladen reasoning...that their muslim brothers, The Palestinians, died a good
death and will all be martyers! And all go to heaven where 75 virgins eagerly await them! Except for
the Palestinian Women. F them! They don't get nothing in Heaven! Cause their Muslims! Ha ha!!!
Anyway, I posted elswhere on this site that the Web bot project already predicted that the Israelies
are going to bomb the Fuckin Persians, by Oct. 25th! Yeah, this year!!!

That would have been a nice birthday present for me but it didn't seem to happen. The actual Persian people and other ethnic groups in Iran could be an impressive nation if they could throw off the theocratic government and, eventually, Islam. There is growing hope that that may happen. In the post election fraud protests, the protesters wore masks and the religious militia did not. In the more recent protests, the militia wore masks and the protesters did not. The first protests were mainly students in Tehran. The second was a wider segment of society. Another round of protests is coming on Feb 22. Time is running out for the regime and the people smell their fear.

Trust me....the Isralies will not allow the Persians to have a nuke! Period! Supposedly some high up Iranian Nuclear Scientist, has already been assianated by the Mossad!
Probably won't cause any detourance however, cause the Pursians would likely kill their own scientists, for not working on the nuke anyway! We can only hope that they'll
kill off their own best people, on the project!

I'madickjob is already trying to spin this announcement. The problem is, if it's for peaceful purposes, why was it built underground in attempted secrecy? I'm sure he won't even bother trying to answer that question. It's like asking him why he denies the Holocaust? I think it's because he's planning another one, but he can't admit that either. I watched Obama's announcement of the secret plant. He looked like he'd been sucking lemons. He weren't too happy about what he was having to say. Poor 'Bama, being the Messiah ain't what it's cracked up to be, eh?
