Seriously, he's the CinC, the Commander in Chief. He's the one that said during the campaign that Afghanistan is the war of necessity. There must be a happy medium between what Bush did and his once in 6 months call. He certainly finds the time to appear on TV often enough, I was tired of seeing him pop up there a long time ago. I know he has no military experience, to go along with his lack of experience in everything else, so he could excuse himself and turn the running of the war over to someone else, while still having the final say on major operations. It probably doesn't matter anyway, the leftists have admitted they only talked tough on Afghanistan to win the election, and Obama is their man, so he probably is preparing the way to pull out, anyone have any white flags handy?
