Newt: Obama Enabling The Re-Dictatorship of Latin America

by Infidelesto on October 1, 2009 · Comments

Of course we wouldn’t wan’t to be seen “meddling” in other countries affairs.  After all, it’s up to them to decide their own fate…unless of course you live in Honduras, where we’re happy to get involved if it means keeping a socialist dictator in power.

That whole rule of law thing? Fuhgetaboutit…

Unfortunately I support Brazilian Government's stance vis-à-vis the Honduran crisis.

    Is Zelaya a CREEPY character?
    You betcha.
    Do I prefer Roberto Michelleti?
    Yes,I do.

But the LEGALITY is on the wrong side, this time.

If we,brazilians, let the coup d'état made with the help
of the Honduran Supreme Court prosper, be recognized, ALL the rest of the
BANANA REPUBLICS won't take democracy seriously no more.

Let Zelaya come back, be the LOUSY president that I'm sure
he is,WAIT for the next elections and let the people vote for another guy.

The problem is when a son of a bitch such as Zelaya,Chávez
and Rafael Correa are in power, they ALWAYS try to subvert
the constitutions in order to be able to stage re-elections indefinitely,
    and,at the same time,silencing the opposition,closing down
    the free press...

    Will it be "LEGAL"?
    Could be.
    Will it be "MORAL"?
    No,it won't.

It looks like more than sympathy for the left to me, it looks like outright support for the left to the point of anit-Americanism within the administration.
