I think John was right to show Keene crossing the line by using the speaking hall to run away. Keene should have left the room knowing John would follow or offer to remove with him. I don't think there is anything 'wrong' in John showing just how cowardly Keene is. Furthermore, by calling out John from the podium without giving him an opportunity to express his side of the story -- the exact opposite of what John offered Keene in the interview, a chance to tell his side -- demonstrates John's point; Keene and who he represents are too big too fail.
