It's not just Muslims that are so unreasonably irritated by Christianity, it's alot of people all over. I've spoken with a few people who would be thrilled to have this kind of gov crackdown on any form of prayer. Did you know here in the US, there were Atheists who filed complaints & were being recruited to be part of a lawsuit aimed at ridding government ceremonies of any prayer? They said the inaugural prayer made them “physically ill”. Really now…..get a hobby or something.

I've been thinking the same thing for a long time now SirWilhelm. The muz overreact to the simplest Christian doings….why? The answer has to be that Christianity is a manifestation of western culture and in western culture they see the future ruin and extinction of islam. That's what they fear. Even their own philosophers, if they have the nads to speak at all, talk about the idea that islam is stagnant and has fallen way behind the rest of the world because of their interpretation of islam as being “perfect” and forbids any change, accommodation or even that any teaching beyond the koran is superfluous to them. Islam is scared as hell of the west and, by association, Christianity. In western thought and customs, islam sees it's demise.

That's a good question Sir W;why indeed?
Could it be that they secretly doubt Allah's ability;and believe that the Christian God might upstage
Allah the useless?
I think we should be told!
It reminds me of the case of Donald Holden(a worshipper of Odin)who was sacked from his job in the Manchester post sorting office for leaving Odinist literature in a prayer room.
Naturally as Muslims they were of the opinion that this room was for their exclusive use.
Donald was awarded compensation for this; and Odinism is now regarded as an official faith.
Stupid is as stupid does!
Muslims are too arrogant in regarding Allah as occupying a position of superiority with respect to Odin and Thor.
This has to be one of the silliest cases brought before an English court.
It would make a fantastic Monty Pythonesque sketch.
The judge must have enjoyed himself when telling the silly Muslims that religious exclusivity
had no foundation under the law.
That's what keeps us amused about the death cult ;their propensity to score "an own goal" every day.

Why do the prayers of Christians bother them so much? Is it because Christians continue to survive and practice their faith despite all their harrasment and persecution? Is it because of their frustration over their failure to destroy Israel despite all their prayers and sacrifices to and for Allah? They may eventually succeed in driving out or destroying the remaining Christians, but it won't change their sorry state.

They probably did not pay the "Poll tax" that Islam requires. (Tribute) This 'authetic' Islamic law requires payment to Muslim authorities by non-Muslims to live in Islamic land. This payment exempts them from military service. Two points I would like to make here.

1) Taxation is a function of government.
2) Conscription into the military is a function of government.

This issue of Tribute is only one of the many areas where political Islam is at the root of the war today.
