Canada has a message for its immigrants

This is good news.  Let’s hope other western countries follow suit, especially in Europe where it’s getting bad.

The Canadian government has just revamped its citizenship guide for immigrants. The document is titled “The Rights and Responsibilities of Canadian Citizenship.” According to Canada’s National Post,

“In Canada, men and women are equal under the law,” the document says. “Canada’s openness and generosity do not extend to barbaric cultural practices that tolerate spousal abuse, ‘honour killings,’ female genital mutilation or other gender-based violence. Those guilty of these crimes are severely punished under Canada’s criminal laws.”

Western governments are beginning to wake up to dangerous or “barbaric” practices among immigrants—especially among Muslim immigrants. Whether such practices are pre-Islamic, non-Islamic, even anti-Islamic (and people have argued all of the above), the truth is that certain “barbaric” practices are most often committed by Muslims against Muslims. Sikhs and Hindus, to a much lesser extent, also commit honor murders.

    Barbaric cultural practices??
    To whom are they referring?
    I suppose I'll have to make an educated guess!

    "barbaric cultural practices" is the key here. The very equality of men and women under the law has created a culture that counters barbarism in the nations that have equality. Only "political correctness" trumps that, and there is no reason it should. Liberals and feminists tend to share the same umbrella, and yet they ignore the barbarism that Islam and it's promotion of shariah law entail. That's because liberalism encourages an emotional state that promotes the feeling of superiority, that, they know better what's good for you than you know yourself, attitude, that conforms so well to the principles of Islam. Allah knows what's best for his followers, and they know what's best for their women, and for infidels. And so, they become strange bedfellows following the same course, and their barbaric practices become overlooked, or even accepted in some places. I hope America follows Canada's lead in this, but I doubt it will.

    At least they have the guts to make a public statement like this....and that's a real shocker! With the liberal attitude in Canada that could easily rival that of California, this seems far out of character for Canada.

    Unfortunately is already TOO LATE for the Canucks.
    The ISLAMIC PLAGUE is widespread in Canada, and
    the ONLY attitude that could solve this disease is to
    EXPELL ALL MUSLIMS from its territory.

    Half-baked measures won't help a thing.
