There's no excuse for Obama, who lectured as a Constitutional attorney, to say something like this that prejudices the case he's speaking of. Obviously he immediately realized his mistake and tried to correct it, but the damage is done.<br><br>As for Holder, tlwinslow, I believe he's entirely aware of the Article you point to. I believe he is following the lead, and shares the beliefs of his boss, that the Cosntitution is an inconvenience to their goals, and they will ignore it as long as they can get away with it, and there is little chance the Congress their party controls will call them on it, they sure haven't so far. They are trying to create a government that will be exempt from the Constitution all together, and they appear to be succeeding. The Founding Fathers have surely been turning over in their graves since Obama was sworn in. Gen. Eric Holder didn't read far enough into the U.S. Constitution to get to Article 1 Sect. 8 that provides for military tribunals for pirates and violators of the laws of nations. Maybe he's trying to enact the Holder Exemption for Obama's coddled Muslims?
