University of California muslim students disrupt speech by Israeli Envoy

Yeah what a shock, followers of the pedophile Muhammad shouting down anyone who doesn’t bend over for islam.

Police arrest 12 hecklers who disrupted Michael Oren’s speech at California university.

California police reportedly made 12 arrests on Monday after a speech by Israel’s U.S. Ambassador Michael Oren descended into chaos.

Hecklers interrupted Oren’s lecture at University of California, Irvine, over 10 times, shouting “killers” and “how many Palestinians did you kill?”

Oren took a 20 minute break after the fourth protest, only to be interrupted again by young men yelling at him every few minutes, local press reported.

Many members of the audience also applauded Oren.

The arrested students were apparently members of the university’s Muslim Student Union, which had publicly condemned Oren’s visit earlier in the day.

In a statement printed by the Orange County Register, a newspaper, the union said:

“We condemn and oppose the presence of Michael Oren, the ambassador of Israel to the United States, on our campus today.

“We resent that the Law School and the Political Science Department on our campus have agreed to cosponsor a public figure who represents a state that continues to break international and humanitarian law and is condemned by more UN Human Rights Council resolutions than all other countries in the world combined.”

Oren eventually completed his speech, some time later than scheduled, but did not take questions from the audience as planned.

University Chancellor Michael Drake was booed by some and applauded by others when he told the audience that he was embarrassed by the outburst.

Yet another fine example of the contributions islam has made to the United States of America, per B Hussein Obama’s ass kissing speech in Cairo last year. Funny, he never mentions any of the stuff that might make islam look bad. Like the honor killings in the US, 9/11, The Fort Dix 6, those jihadis from Lackawanna, or Fort Hood Jihadi, Nidal Hassan (who should be shot for treason).

    If the Chancellor was embarrassed, he more than had it coming. He has permitted the Muslim Student Union to intimidate Jewish students on campus and to heckle any speaker who comes to speak in favor of Israel or even vaguely critically of Islam. Attendants of lectures who indicate any sympathy toward Jews or Israel are often followed to their cars and harrassed by students refusing to get off of the car so that it can move. They surround the cars and tightly surround their intimidation victims. A friend of mine, a South African Jew, received open mocking from the university police when she complained of being surrounded and heckled by UCI Muslim Union students. When campus police are called, they invariably support the Muslim students. The chancellor has refused to hold the Muslim students accountable in any way. I am glad that the university police were bypassed so that order could be restored. The fact that the speaker was so discouraged as to not take questions at a law school event is remarkable. I do not believe that the chancellor has the courage to change the situation. He is clearly cowed.. UCI is one of the most, if not the most hate- filled organizations of Muslim students in the US.

    Of course you have absolutely indisputable proof 9/11 was a false-flag operation, right? Enough to have people arrested and prosecuted for it? If not, the best you have is a conspiracy theory that places you in a small minority of people that share your beliefs, very similar to a cult. I consider Islam a warrior cult.     Palestinian is not so much a bogus term as one that has been hijacked (like so many other things muslims get their paws on). The Jews are the true Palestinians, if one takes into account the conquering by the Roman Empire of Judea. My Lebanese friends get irritated like you would believe when I remind them of that, then tell me I am intolerant. This, despite the Lebanese government denying "Palestinian" refugees a Lebanese passport, the right to work in 70 or so professions, along with several other civil liberties we take for granted.

As for Israel, Olmert once explained that continued occupation of the South way after the Palestinians left may have really been a factor in Hezbollah's formation. Funny how people 'help' Lebanon. We can talk civil war politics all day, but the straight fact is that Lebanon would have been so much better if there was no foreign power intervening
