Heartache: Foxnews opinion shows trash Geert Wilders

by Infidelesto on March 9, 2010 · Comments

Even though Foxnews is light years ahead in media fairness compared to the rest of the liberal controlled establishment, sometimes they are just plain wrong. Here’s a perfect example:

It seems that the "saudi prince" Al- Waleed Bin Talal made an excellent
deal when he became the largest News Corp's shareholder with 7 % of
    ownership.

What could happen when (not if) this "prince" decides to purchase more
    Murdoch's shares ?

That's what we REALLY must be concerned with.

My friends, should I remind you that money rules the world,
whether we like it or not ?

This raghead has a private Boeing 747 with golden taps, bought
with the money you've paid and still are paying for your gasoline and diesel.

Basically, with YOUR money, he's buying American Bonds, real estate,
banks and... one of the last bastions of the conservative news outlets: FOX
    NEWS.

I wish a had money to buy News Corp's shares in order to KEEP it
    conservative. It won't.

Fox News could turn into another MSNBC within ten years should
    the ragheads decides.
  • Ya know, I used to like Beck. He seemed so genuine & passionate. But soon enough I realized he's just another tool. Most recent acknowledgment of this is when he had one of our only GENUINE candidates for TX Gov on his radio show, Debra Medina. He actually asked her what she thought about the 9-11 "truthers". She floundered, totally unprepared. The only affirmation she gave was that there were "legitimate questions people have, but she had no stance on it". That was all it took to knock her down far enough to not be a threat to the big boys. What the hell do "9-11 truthers" have to do with governing the state of Texas, Glenn?? TOOL.
  • JEWHAWK
I like Rick Perry. Isn't he a good governor ?

Debra Medina said that she "wasn't sure" about who was responsible for
9/11, giving me the impression that she reckons that the U.S Government
    somehow COULD be behind it.

It was a no-brainer question, as far as I'm concerned.

    TEXAS' TEXTBOOKS

You must be alert about what the bolsheviks are poised to do
to the American texbooks, a decision that will be made in Texas.

You don't want MALCOM - X replacing George Washington on
    your kids's books.
  • Textbooks, I KNOW! I've been getting all kinds of calls to action about that *sigh* I'm praying the people on the board are TEXANS & not transplants ;-) This type of shift in education & what is taught is exactly why I aspire to homeschool :)
I dunno, I think she was trying to maintain middle ground. I think Medina was blindsided & I'm just so damn peeved that Beck asked such a non-relevant question to trip her up. As for Perry.......mmmmm.....I'm torn on him. While Texas has definitely done well on his watch (& he's been on watch a long time!) he's also pushed for some jacked up crap. ie; the Trans-Texas Corridor >: [ He also wants to bring a Facebook office to Austin (creating a whole 200 jobs, wow) with 1.4 million in incentive $ from the TX Enterprise Fund. In my humble opinion, I'm just sure there's a better way to use that money. Austin is a computer mecca. Couldn't we use that money to create more than 200 jobs in the computer/internet business? Or jobs in another city? I mean Austin is CERTAINLY not suffering! There is crazy opportunity there in the computer/software industry.
I will say I'm pleased that KBH got bumped, she has too many faces for my comfort.

Job creation should be a MANDATORY policy to every U.S. Governor.
I do hope that they don't confuse PORK with that. Many already did just that.

To create jobs, one has to incentivize the people who hires the most,
namely the small business' owners. Cut their taxes. Give'em long-term
loans to allow the purchase of American-made only equipment...
Washington must be on their side or be out of their way.

You certainly don't need to spend 787 Billion Dollars to "give a jolt " on the economy
    for heaven's sake!

Anyway, Texas is in a far better shape than New Jersey, California and New York.
Rick Perry has his share of credit for that.
  • Figured I should mention why I'm not on board for the 'ole Trans-Texas Corridor---it's a land grab attempt.
I also remembered another downer on the Perry....his executive order for mandatory vaccination of our young girls with Gardasil.
Leave our farmers & land owners alone & keep your hands off my daughter!

Tell me the softening views on Islam by Fox has nothing to do with Rupert's new business chum,Prince Alwaleed bin Talal and his plans for Fox in Abu Dhabi. They say every man has his price and it seems the Fox band of talking heads are no different.Beck is a smug stentor and Krauthammer is a disappointment too.

I don't get Beck or Fox News. Generally I approve of Beck and find his insights interesting. However, he like all the media, has to be taken w/a grain of salt. Anytime, we assume someone is right all the time we're headed for trouble. FNC is my preferred news source for television news, however, dispite their being less a part of the lame stream media they're still part of the problem. It's not as if they're right about everything or anything just more right than any of their contemporaries.

Wilders is a hero as far as I'm concerned. He's fighting a good fight and he's in the midst of the storm. We, in the US, have the temporary luxury of pretending this threat doesn't exist. Rest assured, the threat is looming, the threat is growing day by day. Just like in times past, we sit complacently while our enemies prepare in earnest.

In the generations to come Gert Wilders will be immortalized just as Winston Churchill, a modern prophet, is now aptly recognized. Keep it up Mr. Wilders, our prayers (to Christ our Lord) are with you.

Geert Wilders, like Winston Churchill, is an anti-Fascist and an anti-Islamo-Fascist.

"Islam is merely not a religion, it is mainly a totalitarian ideology. Islam wants to dominate all aspects of life, from the cradle to the grave. Shariah law is a law that controls every detail of life in a Islamic society. From civic- and family law to criminal law. It determines how one should eat, dress and even use the toilet. Oppression of women is good, drinking alcohol is bad. I believe that Islam is not compatible with our Western way of life. Islam is a threat to Western values. The equality of men and women, the equality of homosexuals and heterosexuals, the separation of church and state, freedom of speech, they are all under pressure because of islamization. Ladies and gentlemen: Islam and freedom, Islam and democracy are not compatible. They are opposite values. No wonder that Winston Churchill called Adolf Hitler’s ‘Mein Kampf’ “the new Quran of faith and war, turgid, verbose, shapeless, but pregnant with its message”. As you know, Churchill made this comparison, between the Koran and Mein Kampf, in his book ‘The Second World War’, a master piece, for which, he received the Nobel Prize in Literature. Churchill’s comparison of the Quran and ‘Mein Kampf’ is absolutely spot on. The core of the Quran is the call to jihad. Jihad means a lot of things and is Arabic for battle. Kampf is German for battle. Jihad and kampf mean exactly the same... I’m being prosecuted for comparing the Quran to ‘Mein Kampf’. Ridiculous. I wonder if Britain will ever put the beliefs of Winston Churchill on trial… Ladies and gentlemen, we should defend the right to freedom of speech. . . I believe it is our obligation to preserve the inheritance of the brave young soldiers that stormed the beaches of Normandy. That liberated Europe from tyranny. . . As George Orwell said: “If liberty means anything at all, it means the right to tell people what they do not want to hear”." Geert Wilders speaking to the British Parlament 3/5/10

    Right on the money SR!
I'm surprised nobody raised that point about WSC's comparison of the Koran and Mein Kampf;when Wilders was initially refused entry to the UK.
I wonder whether Britain would ever put WSC's beliefs on trial?
Believe me SR anyone who had the temerity to do that would find themseves on trial!
Mein Korampf is an apposite euphemism for the Muslim unholy text.

Yesterday, when tootling on my computer, I happened upon (part of?) the televised message that Gordon Brown made to Muslims at the onset of Ramadan. You can find it by going to You Tube and typing in Gordon Brown Ramadan. Why did he send this message to the Mohammedans? Is he the first British PM to do such a thing? I can't recall Churchill or even Harold Wilson sending such a message of goodwill. Why does he say that Muslims have contributed greatly to Britain? What have they done? Does he send similar greetings to Jews for Pesach? What is this buffoon trying to achieve? Is he so terrified of Muslims that he thinks they'll behave if he butters them up? Was there a public outcry after his broadcast? Was he held up to ridicule by the press? What was the response of the Tories? Finally, why does his lower jaw have that little convulsion at the beginning of each sentence? I hope others on IAC will take the trouble to view Brown's embarrassing little speech.

    Gordon "Craven Heart" Brown.

I've said before that Glenn Beck was a blowhard bufoon.
Now his mind has blown, by slagging off a real hero!
