Disgusting. These are the animals Bush and Obama have wasted billions of dollars and thousands of lives trying to help? I wonder if liberals/moral relativists will insist it’s okay since it is their culture…

Paedophilia ‘culturally accepted in south Afghanistan’

British forces were advised by a military study that paedophilia is widespread and culturally accepted in southern Afghanistan.

Older, powerful men boosted their social status by keeping boys as sexual playthings and the practice was celebrated in song and dance, a military study claimed.

British officers in Helmand requested the study to help them understand the sexual behaviour of locals and Afghan comrades after young soldiers became uneasy they were being propositioned.

American social scientists employed to help troops understand the local culture reported that homosexual sex was widespread among the Pashtun ethnic group in southern Afghanistan.

Strict separation of men and women, coupled with poverty and the significant expense of getting married, contributed to young men turning to each other for sexual companionship.

“To dismiss the existence of this dynamic out of desire to avoid western discomfort is to risk failing to comprehend an essential social force underlying Pashtun culture,” the report said.

The study, called ‘Pashtun Sexuality’, said that as well as willing sex between young men, “boys are appreciated for physical beauty and apprenticed to older men for their sexual initiation”.

The practice of ‘bache bazi’ or boy play, is known throughout Afghanistan, but is particularly renowned in the city of Kandahar next to Helmand, where prepubescent boys are widely admired.

Western soldiers often report feeling unease at the attentions of their Afghan comrades, who are affectionate with each other and sometimes wear make-up.

British troops have also talked of their disgust at police or militias keeping young boys as hangers on.

Anna Maria Cardinalli, author of the report, said British officers requested the research in the summer of 2009 when she worked with them in Lashkar Gah.

She said: “They were having young men who were beginning to feel uncomfortable because they felt they were being approached.” She said the study gave no advice about what action troops should take if they confronted paedophilia.

A spokesman for the Ministry of Defence said: “Afghanistan is a sovereign nation with its own law under which the sexual abuse of children is illegal.

“British forces working as part the wider [coalition] force continue to work with and assist the Afghan National Security Forces, including the Afghan National Army and Afghan Police, to ensure that the rule of law in Afghanistan is adhered to and upheld.

I remember reading some time ago that the Taliban had bulldozed a wall on top of some Afghans accused of buggery;and now we find that it is now a cultural more amongst not only consenting adults;but also the corruption of young boys by older men.
Islamic obsession with sex is nauseating and hypocritical;especially when they refer to western women as whores.
Cultural equivalence?excuse me whilst I throw up!

Buggering little boys!well that’s alright;but women must dress in tents!

Man Love Thursday – I don’t understand it nor do I want to.

I lived in Afghanistan for 3 years. It is truly scary what I saw and I am not talking about the war. When the elections were coming up the police shut down the whore houses (Chinese and Russian). Young Afghani males were being abducted off the streets and they were used as sex toys. Human life is cheap there.

In doing some quick research, I cam across this “All muslim countries that are not Arabic are in the business of kidnapping, selling and trafficking boys to the Gulf States. This is called MUSLIM LOVE.” Since the article focuses on Afghanistan, I wondered how widepsread it was in the Muslim world. Those couple of sentences seem to answer that question, by implying the practice is present in other Muslim countries.

The war is much, much larger that what is actually being fought. Islam is established as a culture, and this culture is hostile to us. The national form of Islam is at war against us, as should be expected.

They also condone sexual acts with sheep and goats.

True, that’s in the hadith…..but it HAS to be a male animal they’re screwing. Fags even in that.

Marco Polo wrote about how boys in islamic countries he passed through were raised from birth to be receptive to homosexual fornication and their own fathers “broke them in” and encouraged expertise in their sexual activities. Those sons that were most “comely” and accomplished were sold for much money by their families to be sex slaves. What a wonderful, benign culture.

That’s interesting Tonto some 40 years ago whilst travelling in Morrocco I observed that men walking around holding hands in Tangier was quite common.
Further south in Marrakech the place was full of European homosexuals as the local youth catered for their needs.
I can remember an American who was staying at the same hotel telling me he had been coming every year for
      the prievious seven years,
We later saw him like some sultan at the piscine(swimming pool)with a harem of about ten or so youths surrounding him.

That is sickening. Men thought nothing of holding hands in Asia either. In the US it would probably get your block knocked off if you tried. Homosexuality and especially pedophilia is disgusting to most folks. In prisons here, pedophiles have to be protected or they get “perished” by their fellow inmates. With nothing to lose, why not whack a pedophile? It’s like democrats, rats and seagulls….we got too many of them anyway.

I’m not surprise these people are so backwards.
When I was in Kabul, they refer to helicopters as “the machine that goes woop woop”, I’m dead serious

I sometimes think, countries, such as this, somehow need to be birth control… just a way to control the morons of a idiotic country

For years, I’ve wondered if anyone has ever bothered to read and LEARN FROM James Michener’s book “Caravans” which was published in 1963, but set in 1946 and based on Mr. Michener’s extensive travels in Afghanistan in the fifties.I recently found a copy and re-read it for the first time in many years. Michener describes the sort of pairing referred to here, the heavily armed older warrior type from the mountains with the effeminate younger man wearing eye makeup and holding a flower in his teeth, holding hands as they walk thru the streets. He also described the dancing troops of attractive young boys who traveled the countryside, putting on shows and causing all sorts of trouble, and also the troubling absence of women except as shrouded figures occasionally glimpsed. It’s a rather remarkable book, a sort of primer on what we SHOULD have expected in that country. But I guess since it’s a novel, it’s irrelevant. Too bad.
