Iran: Ahmadinejad and his team of “experts” predicted the return of the 12th Imam (islamic rapture) on June 5th

Do you like this story?

I guess they missed their train. I love it when these religious imbeciles proclaim the end of the world at a certain date. Man has been doing that for over a THOUSAND YEARS. They are ALWAYS WRONG, yet no one calls them out on it. Like the asshat who called for the rapture on May 21st this year. Or the f*ckheads who said it would be at the beginning of this millenium. Or the jackasses who said it would be Oct 28th, 1992. All wrong. So it is not at all surprising (albeit still amusing) to see the islamists call for their version, and like all others before them, be dead wrong.

Ahmadinejad’s Team Expects Arrival of 12th Imam … on June 5

Reports claim his team believes a covert emergence will commence on the 14th of Khordaad (June 5) in Medina, setting the stage for the announcement of the actual emergence in the next few years.

Increasing tensions between Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei and Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad intensified when hardline clerics exerted pressure on Ahmadinejad to obey the supreme leader as the ultimate authority. Those tensions were exacerbated with the arrest of over 25 of Ahmadinejad’s associates and loyalists, along with a high-level member of his inner circle. Supporters of the supreme leader are referring to Ahmadinejad’s group as “The Deviant Movement.”

This “group” has announced that within the upcoming weeks a monumental event will turn the tide to their advantage.

Based on a report from Iran’s Ayandeh, one of the officials within “The Deviant Movement” has informed his confidants that certain sources close to the “Mahdi’s Emergence Movement” have stated that an important event will soon change the course of operations to Ahmadinejad’s favor. According to interpretations offered by Ahmadinejad’s team, a high-ranking member of the Islamic Republic will meet with a climactic incident. This in turn will build up to the announcement of the “covert emergence” of the Twelfth Imam (or Mahdi) in Medina, Saudi Arabia.

Hardliners critical of Ahmadinejad  maintain that his team believes a covert emergence will commence on the 14th of Khordaad (June 5) in Medina, setting the stage for the announcement of the actual emergence in the next few years.

Certain accounts have chronicled that prior to the official emergence of the Mahdi, he will appear covertly in Medina, and during a period of one to three years he will lay the foundations for the actual announcement of his appearance.

The Deviant Movement states that: “At the time of the covert emergence, his regent (i.e., the supreme leader) will be deposed from his position.”

Previously, Ali Mottahari — a pro-supreme leader member of the Islamic Parliament — criticized Ahmadinejad:

Ahmadinejad believes that the covert emergence has, in fact, occurred. Therefore, he acts like he no longer needs the supreme leader and that he can disobey him, as he is taking his orders directly from the Mahdi himself.

Satan has many names, one of which is “The Great Deciever”, who thrives using diversion, confusion, and doubt, among other tools of his trade. Before we simply deride and ridicule word of what could be very important and very dangerous to the whole world, perhaps we should wait to deliver our judgement.

    Good Omen: Mahdibombs

I will ask the good folks of IAF’s Hatzerim Air Force Base( Southern Israel, near Beersheba), to carefully stencil the word “MAHDI” in all of their Mk84 bombs, therefore the word “rapture” is gonna be replaced by “rupture”.

There is no such thing as “satan”. Don’t lose your time with mumbo- jumbo, instead of reading a good book.
The only “judgment” you’re gonna have is when people look at your bewildered face with a well-deserved amount of pity.

Actually, I think a funnier word would be “khanzir” in Arabic, and its Farsi equivalent. It means pig, for those not in the know =)

Are you aware that Allah refers to himself as “The Great Deceiver” in the Quran? Is that what you were implying, that Satan and “The Great Deceiver” are one?

  • SirWilhelm

Are you sure there is no such thing as Satan? There are ancient texts that relate stories about flesh and blood beings that passed themselves off as “gods” using advanced technology to appear to have supernatural powers, which could account for the “mumbo-jumbo”. They don’t seem to be around today, at least in physical form, but, their legacy seems to still greatly influence humanity’s actions, very unfortunately, especially for the gullible, and easily influenced.

Well, here it is…June 17…and I ain’t seen no “rapture”, second coming or the sudden appearance of a new “Saladin” jumpin’ up out of no where…..did I miss the whole thing?
Evil?  Undeniable that it exists.  The left is in notable denial about it, prefering to assign that accolade to “capitalism” which they see as “unfair”…..and that I should be forced to share the fruits of my labor with people that are too lame, stupid or lazy to do for themselves.  Muz have a totally different take on good and evil….and that is very confusing to westerners.  THEY have been taught that many things we find disgusting (kiddie rape) or socially unacceptable (slaughtering those of other religions….or enslavement of them) are perfectly acceptable…and if your kids don’t straighten up and act right…..you can kill them and call it an “honor” issue.  WE, that is our western society, is in denial that anyone could actually have such a belief and morals system and express shock and horror every time we get the real facts shoved in our faces…..that amazes me.  WE call evil “Satan”…which one could construe as a simple personification and “label” for evil.  Unfortunately, THEY (the muz) use the same name for a totally different set of values…..because their perception of what is good, what is evil is essentially  DIFFERENT than ours…..this causes confusion in east/west confrontations….and the perfection of that confusion makes me wonder if that ain’t part of a “plan”.

I think we missed the bus. Maybe it blew up prematurely. Muslims do that, you know =P
